After a deep slumber, shivaay has to wake up earlier because today he has so much of things to do at hospital. Preparing the medical reports, pending appointments with patients , he is going to receive his practical doctor today. With all this things on his head, he is thinking deeply on how to surprise his darling wife Annika. He wants to give the best proposal but as always, doctor's profession ain't easy at all for them to spend their pleasure and leisure time with their beloved family. They have that untold pressure always in their heart. So, he plans to get some aid from Dadi and Khanna to take over few suprise tasks during the day. At night, he wants to give the best thing to happen in Annika's life. He quickly gets ready, wearing a watch, wrapping his neck with his stethoscope and have his a cup of coffee. He sees Annika is sleeping peacefully so he doesn't want to wake her up.
He meets Khanna and Dadi to seek some help. He also meets some maids to help him with the decoration at the farmhouse. Yes, he is planning to suprise her, propose her at the farmhouse. So, he calls upon the servants to go farmhouse and start the decoration. He gives them the address, some pictures on how the idea of decoration should be.
He also makes the breakfast and he starts to write up some clue notes on what should annika do next , he plans his surprises to be one after another. Like he wants this day to be dedicated to Annika.
He seeks Khanna's help to buy few cards which he asks to insert the notes, a flower bouquet. He makes a glass of Annika's favorite juice, pomegranate juice with a scoop of vanilla ice on it. At the bottom of the glass he has put a sticker note. With twisting his fingers, he just hopes everything should be executed accordingly to his plan and Annika should be very happy.
After getting Dadi's blessing, he goes to the room again, places a note beside her and leaves to work.
On other side, Annika wakes up with a deep breath, unwillingly opens her eyes, stretching her arms . Trances her hand around the bed just to find her husband's presence but it's empty. She wakes up in a shock, is that she slept without concerning alarm sound? But the time is only 8am, still early. But why shivaay is missing? Where would he go? Again, her mind is almost tired by clogging her mind with Shivaay, Shivaay and Shivaay.
