Comment your favorite ship (Lazel or Harzel) and why and I will pick one person to have the next chapter dedicated to.

And this chapter got its idea from my friend Krissy and HSM3 bc Troy Bolton is A+

*Hazel's POV*

It was now 10 minutes of 8 and Luke was going to be here any minute to pick me up. I was in the living room in front of Spencer, trying on, yet again, another outfit. This was a big deal and I really couldn't decide what to wear.

"Okay that's cute!" Spencer clapped, as I twirled around in my outfit.

Exasperated, I sighed, "You've said that about every outfit!"

"Because they've all been cute!" She threw her hands up in the air. I bit the inside of my cheek.

"Where are you even going on the date?" She asked getting up to grab a magazine off the coffee table.

I checked my phone. 6 minutes until Luke is here, if he's on time.

"I'm not sure." I plopped down onto the couch next to Spencer.

"I'm sure Luke will love whatever you wear." She rubbed my back in circle motions.

I held back a laugh. "You're just happy I'm not going out with Harry."

"Let's not even bring that up anymore. You look good, Luke is good looking. Everything will work out fine, trust me." I gave her a small smile, as the doorbell rung.

Spencer pushed off the couch and shrugged. "That's my cue to leave. Have fun. Text me if anything goes wrong."

I nodded to dismiss her and walked over to the door, and to an early arrived Luke.

I glanced down at my outfit and rubbed my sweaty hands on my skirt before opening the door. Luke held out flowers for me.

"You didn't seem like the chocolates type." Luke laughed, handing me the flowers.

"You are right about that." I smiled taking the flowers and putting them on the table beside the door.

Luke wrapped his arms around my waist and gave me a peck on the cheek.

"You ready to go?"

I smiled and nodded, stepping out of the doorway and into the hall. I shut the door behind me, while Luke wrapped his arm around my lower back and guided me down the hallway.

We reached Luke's car in the driveway and he opened the door for me before running over to the drivers side.

He started the car and started driving for a minute.

I cleared my throat. "You don't always have to do that." I looked over at him.

"Do what?" He asked his ever present smirk on his face.

"Open the door for me, it's nice but not neccesary." I laughed.

Luke reached over and put his hand, that wasn't currently in use from the steering wheel, on my upper thigh. He glanced over at me with a smile, and then back on the road.

"Grace, I would open 1,000 doors for you."

"Now that's just an exaggeration." I laughed, glancing at the road to see where we were going.

"Eager?" Luke smiled gently squeezing my thigh, making a swarm of butterflies erupt in my tummy.

I nodded and smiled. "Where are we going?"

"You wouldn't know the place." I nodded. I wasn't from around here so I probably wouldn't.

Luke turned up the volume on the stereo. Smile Like You Mean It by the Killers was playing. This was honestly one of my favorites.
