Malik tapped his fingers on the side of the throne impatiently sitting across the throne like a child. "I know my sister was spotted inside the land of eurotheria and I ordered you to find her" he spoke to no one in particular before a man stepped out from the shadows "sire we've searched and searched but to no avail, the sighting might have been false. " malik growled lowly under his breath and snapped his fingers making the man float over to him and he grabbed him by his throat "I know my sister is somewhere in the land of eurotheria I can sense her, so either you find her or" he decided to make a example out of a random servant who had walked into the room by twisting his hand and watching her neck snap like a twig. "that will be you." Malik growled out and dropped the man sitting up and dusting off his clothes like they had been covered in dust and filth. "amise!" he yelled, a servant entering the room "yes milord?" "clean up the body of the servant" malik commanded and amise nodded "yes my lord" he did a swirling gesture with his hand and the body floated into the air and he walked out of the room floating the body out of the room. The only reason he could keep his magic and wasn't dead was because malik had use of him as a a servant. If amise wasn't so loyal he would be magicless and deceased.

Temperance walked through the town with a smile spread across her features, it was nice being back in eurotheria, being she was born here and had left once malik had taken over the land and aimed to syphon the magic off all witches, wizards, and warlocks.
It was dangerous in eurotheria for magic users and you could even say for anyone because malik was such a horrible ruler. But temperance couldn't live in fear forever, nor would she be denied her home and birthplace.
She had talked to a few vendors earlier and civilians helped her get a better understanding of what had changed under maliks rule, she adjusted her cloak keeping it over her head walking past the stables. This city really was a nice place to be, shame she hadn't saw it when living in eurotheria post-malik.
