Chapter 19:Natsu vs Laxus

Natsu and Laxus stood with each other. There magic power growing and showed no signs of stopping.
"Laxus. Just surrender. You know you cannot beat me." Natsu said.
"That's were your wrong Natsu. You haven't seen the peak of my power. Once I destroy you. No one can stand in my way." Laxus said.
He was right about that. Natsu really hadn't seen the peak of his power. This Laxus was somehow way stronger than before. He would have to be careful. Before he could think anymore. Laxus turned to lightning and charged Natsu. He attempted to land a blow but it was blocked. Natsu grabbed Laxus's had and slammed him into the ground. Laxus grunted before darting away. Moving around trying to find a way past Natsu's defenses. Each time he charged Natsu either blocked or dodged it. Tired of this he decided to change tactics.
"Lightning Storm"
A large amount of lightning bolts hit Natsu. Caught off guard by how strong they were his defense was lowered. Taking advantage Laxus dashed forward and was able to land a heavy strike to Natsu's stomach. Natsu doubled over and fell to his knees.
"Hahahaha. Look at the great salamander. Kneeling before me. And here I thought you were gonna be strong. Your weak just like the-ackk." Laxus was interrupted as Natsu uppercutted him into the air. Then jumped up and sent him crashing down.
Laxus got up from the ground and dusted himself off. He then threw and angry look at Natsu. Before he could speak a message came up from a screen next to him.
Thunder Palace Deactivated.
Laxus angrily looked at the screen then back at Natsu.
"Seems your plan is fallen apart Laxus. Why don't you just give up." Natsu said.
Laxus only stared at Natsu. Rage in his eyes.
"What's wrong sparky. Dragon got your tongue."
Laxus growler heavily before he roared and his power shot up.
"You, a dragon. As if. Your a sorry excuse for a slayer let alone a dragon. I've kept this a secret because I hated the old mans lectures. But now I'll show you the true power of a dragon slayer."
Laxus arms began to cover in scales. His canines began to extend and sharpen. His muscle began to bulge heavily.
"I remember how crazy this was the first time. The sheer raw power. I know that eventually he changes his ways. But I think I should show him a bit of my power." Natsu said.
Laxus finished powering up. His raw power shaking the building.
"Let's see how you handle this." He said.
He charged towards Natsu and threw a powerful punch. Natsu however easily caught it. Laxus looked shocked but regained his focus. He tried to back away but realized that he was stuck. Natsu's hand wouldn't let go of his own. Laxus let out a growl and used his other hand to strike Natsu in the face. Natsu took the hit to the face but didn't let go. Laxus hit him a few more times but he still didn't let go.
"What's your problem. Let go of me. You pathetic worm.
Natsu looked at Laxus. A slight drop of blood leaking from his lip.
"I'll show you who's pathetic." Natsu said.
Natsu's body burst into flames. The sheer heat causing Laxus to desperately pry his hand from Natsu's. It's was however too late. Natsu proceeded to punch Laxus in his stomach with a great force. Left unable to breath his guard was lowered. He Natsu then crack him in his chest. Breaking a few of his ribs. Laxus coughed up blood. He somehow gathered the strength to free himself from Natsu's grip. He took a few steps back but was no longer in a condition to fight.
"Laxus. You've caused a lot of pain today. It's only right I return the favor." Natsu said.
Laxus looked at Natsu with great fear in his eyes.
"Fire Dragons Punishment"
Laxus was engulfed in a flurry of flames and screamed as his body burned. Through the flames he caught a final glimpse of Natsu. His body completely on fire. His eyes red with the black rings. That was the last thing he saw before he passed out.

Laxus awoke in the Fairy Tail infirmary. He tried to sit up but winced from the pain. He looked at his body and realized he was covered in bandages. His thoughts took him back to the final moments of his fight with Natsu. His red eyes with the black rings. He didn't know what that was. The door opened and Makarov walked in. His face solemn because he knew what he had to do. Laxus knew as well.
"What did you think you are during Laxus. How dare you harm your guild mates." Makarov yelled.
"I just wanted to make the guild strong. I'm tired of being weak."
"True strength lies in the bonds one makes with there friends and family. Not the size of ones power. Nonetheless. Your prepared for what happens next." Makarov said.
Laxus only nodded his head.
"Laxus Dreyar. You are herby expelled from the Fairy Tail guild effective immediately."
Laxus hung his head. He then slowly got and began to walk out the door. Before he leaves. He stopped then whispered.
"Thanks for everything old man." He said.
"Just get out of here." Makarov said. Unable to control his tears.

Laxus walked into the main guild area. And all the other members looked at him. There was a brief moment of silence before all the guild members began to rush him. Erza stood up ready to stop the chaos. But she was beat when a Natsu appeared in front of Laxus.
"That's enough. Just let him leave." He said.
Everyone hesitantly moved out of the way. Allowing Laxus to get through. Before he made it out the door. He whispered something only someone with great hearing could hear. Laxus stopped. Smiled. Then walked out the door. However. It seems another figure also heard the message.

Sorry I ain't uploaded in quite a bit. I'll try to dish out some more chapters soon.
