The Not-So-Cliche Cinderella Story (A VIXX FanFic) [DISCONTINUED]

Hey everyone! I hope you all are doing well and enjoying the holidays! 

So I've been working on this story for a very long time now, and while I still essentially love the story, the plot and the characters, I've burned out writing this story on Wattpad. I haven't been a fan of VIXX for a pretty long time now, and I was pretty hesitant on discontinuing this story because I know how many of the past readers have loved it.

I tried getting myself to love this story again, to ignite that spark that I used to have when it came down to writing this. But I could not for the past two years since I've updated, and so I've come to this decision.

Truthfully, I decided to discontinue this story a couple months ago, but I never got around to telling anyone on Wattpad because I can see how much the community has changed, and how the people who used to love this story aren't even active anymore. Besides, I am writing this story under a new name on a different platform, with a completely different style than this story. I felt that if I had told people to go read that story instead of this one, they could see that I've lost my spark for it.

As a writer, this is the hardest admission for me to make. I've always loved writing, creating worlds where each of my characters discovers their full potential. But lately, life has been really kicking my ass in numerous ways and writing hasn't felt like an escape anymore like it used to. 

I've been revamping my profile, unfollowing people I haven't heard from in years or no longer read their stories. It's been hard because I know some people might see that as purging, but I never liked having inactivity of any kind around me. I would rather be following a few people who post consistently than someone who hasn't been active in five years. Perhaps that makes me a hypocrite.

Long story short, this story will be discontinued because I've lost my motivation for it, and I don't want to drag you guys any longer with the hopes of an update that will not come for a very very long time.
