MONDAY
This morning, I had extra weight on me.
Literally.
Jin was draped onto me while groaning and complaining.
Since we had just about a month until school ended, he now had to get to school early in order to catch up on his work.
"I'm going to get some coffee. Want anything?"
"Just a cupcake please." I grin.
He gives me a weird look, but then shakes his head.
"Alright, give me a sec."
I point up to the platform. "I'll just meet you up there."
He nods and excitedly, I run up the stairs...
Taehyung was already there, scrolling through his phone.
He looks up slowly and raises his eyebrows repeatedly.
I smile and wave back.
He puts his phone in his pocket and leans back to smile at me.
I have to fight the urge to just run over there.
Honestly, I'm hoping he makes a move first.
Jin makes it up the stairs and hands me the cupcake.
"Thank you!" I take the morning sugar and happily eat it.
I eat it while looking at Taehyung.
He suddenly looks a bit more serious.
I feel a piece of the nuts from the cupcake get wedged in my teeth.
I turn away and poke Jin.
"Can you check if there's a piece wedged between my teeth?"
Jin groans. "Lean against the wall and open your mouth."
I do so and Jin leans in.
"OW!" Jin shouts suddenly and stops to rub his head. "Something hit me!"
I raise an eyebrow and look to see a black bead on the floor.
I frown as I study it.
It looks just like...
With an open mouth, I turn to the owner of the broken couple bracelet.
Taehyung gets on his train with a smirk.
