TuesdayI dont know what kind of game he's playing, but it's a strange one.
Just as promised, Taehyung got on my bus and took the open spot next to me.
He sat there for a while, his tongue pressed against his cheek.
I was about to open my mouth and question his attack on Jin, but he suddenly took out his tangled headphones.
He should really learn how to tie those things.
He turned my way and (before placing an earbud into his ear) asked, "Who was that guy?"
"Hm?" I raise an eyebrow.
"Was it..." he turns my direction and stares from under his curly fringe, "...your boyfriend?"
Oh my god.
He places an earbud into my ear and scrolls through his playlist.
Is he jealous?
I do everything I can not to show how flattered I am.
He starts playing "Let me down slowly" by Alec Benjamin.
Is he trying to tell me something through his song choices?
"No, um Jin actually has been my friend since I was 4."
"Isn't that how it all starts?"
"And it ends when the train boy hits him with his girlfriend's couple bracelet."
Two can play this game, Taehyung.
"Ex-girlfriend. And how did you know all that?"
I turn red.
"I-"
Taehyung gives me a brash smile, turning my way while resting his elbow on the chair.
"Have you been watching me..."
My eyes widen as he puts his palm against the window behind me, trapping me.
"...this whole time?"
With a tilt of his head, he leans in.
I gulp.
Ding!
He chuckles, "Your stop is next."
Confused, I turn to look out the window.
He had pulled the string to notify the bus driver I was requesting the next stop.
As I get off, he gives me the notorious peace sign by his eye.
This is a dangerous game, Taehyung.
