Chapter 7: Mothers Know Best
LENA'S POV:
I woke up with a smile on my face. I get to see my mum the day after tomorrow. It was currently Friday so I got to see her Sunday. I glanced over to Caitlin's bed and saw she was still asleep. I decided against waking her up and got out of bed and dressed. I headed down for breakfast to see only a few unfamiliar faces. I grabbed a plate and starting filling it up. I found myself walking to a table and sitting down. I began to eat breakfast alone until I got the feeling someone was watching me, I turned around and saw nothing. My head quickly snapped back to in front of me to see Dani. I held my heart.
"Oh my gosh you almost gave me a heart attack mum," I told her.
She laughed a bit and smiled.
"How'd you sleep?" She asked.
"Good I guess," I told her.
"How was your night with Niall?" She asked again.
"It was very good, we had dinner, went around the city a bit and got ice cream." I told her.
She nodded and told me, "how nice."
We ate in silence for a bit until my mum stopped and nudged me a bit. I looked up to her.
"What?" I asked.
"I think that guy over there in the black is checking you out. Maybe you should go show him your ring," she joked.
I casually glanced backwards and saw the guy in black. His hoodie was up and he looked quite creepy to be honest with you. He looked sort of familiar, I just couldn't put my finger on who he looked like though.
"He looks old mum," I laughed.
"He's kinda creepy looking," she told me.
"Mum that's not nice, just because he wears all black and eats by himself doesn't mean he's creepy." I laughed.
She smiled and nodded agreeing.
"I know I know, it's just something about him doesn't send me good vibes," she told me.
"Okay mother thank you for that," I laughed smiling.
"Well you know what they say, mothers know best." She said.
I just smiled and shook my head at her craziness. Soon all the others joined me and ate their breakfast while talking loudly. 5SOS' flight stopped in L.A and they came to visit for the whole day.
"I missed ya," I told Luke.
He smiled and hugged me.
"I missed you so much more Leens!" He said.
We talked a whole bunch throughout the day and laughed about the stupidest things. I kept looking back at Caitlin to see her and Michael having a grand old time. They really looked like they liked each other. Michael was inching closer and closer to Caitlin. Was he gonna make a move? We decided to stop in a small cáfe for dinner and turns out it was really good. After that we walked around to city a bit more see the lights at night. Since we did a lot of walking in one day, we all took cabs back to the hotel. The 5SOS boys had to go to their famous things so they went off leaving the old gang.
"So you and Michael huh?" I asked Caitlin.
She blushed and looked at me.
"He's nice," she said.
"He's nice? That's it! I saw you two, it like you wanted to jump on each other right there in the street," I told her.
She blushed once again and dropped the subject.

We watched the boys rehearse the next morning which lasted hours upon hours. Caitlin and I went back to the room alone and took naps. All I could dream about was the man back at breakfast the day before. He looked so familiar it was scary.
But who did he look like?
