~Jungkook pov~
"Haha, I know, cause he quit the team..." Jimin said. Jimin, Namjoon, and Hoseok looked at me and smiled.
"Morning Jungkook, how was your weekend?" They asked. I thought back to Friday. I smiled.
"It was awesome." I said. The nodded.
"What about you guys?' I asked.
"I was dancing all weekend." Hoseok said.
"I was doing speeches at English conferences..."
"And I was cuddling!" Jimin exclaimed.
"You're are, um, very enthusiastic about cuddling." I said as he began to jump up and down. Someone snaked their arms around Jimin and pulled him into their chest. Jimin smiled, knowing it was Yoongi. He leaned into his touch and kissed his cheek.
"Hi, guys." Yoongi smiled, kissing Jimin's lips. They are so cute, like, relationship goals. I smiled to myself.
"Hey guys, where is Jin?" Hoseok asked.
"Oh, he stayed home today, he's sick." Namjoon answered.
"Anyway, I should call him, I told him I would." Namjoon said, walking away. I checked the time on my phone. We have a minute before we go to class.
"Aww, I hope he gets better." Jimin said. We all agreed. The bell rang. Yoongi kissed Jimin's lips.
"Meet me in the bathroom after 1st?" He asked. Jimin smiled and nodded. Yoongi ruffled his hair and walked away. I walked next to Jimin. He was blushing.
"What was that all about?" I smirked. He blushed.
"Oh hush..." He whined. I chuckled as he sped all away. I continued to walk to my 1st period.
I sat down at my desk and pulled out the homework we had to do over the weekend. I smiled. Taehyung was in my next class, I can't wait to talk to him. I want to ask if he's okay. He kinda scared me Saturday rushing out as he did. He never talked to me after that. Maybe I should give him my number, that way he can call or text me.
The teacher handed out worksheets and I began to do mine. History is really easy. I honestly don't see why you may need it, but it comes naturally to me and I don't hate the class, which is good or else it would feel like it takes even longer to get to 2nd period.
"Jungkook, Jungkook wake up." I opened my eyes. Jimin was poking me.
"The bell rang." He said. I nodded. He left. I got my stuff and I walked out of the room and walked to my 2nd period. Taehyung wasn't here yet. I walked to my desk and sat down. A few seconds later, Taehyung walked into the room. He looked tired. He had dark circles under his eyes and looked nervous. Taehyung sat down in his seat in front of me.
"Morning Taehyung." I smiled. I didn't get a reply.
"Taehyung..." I said. Still no answer. I frowned and sat back in my seat.
"Ok class, get out your books. Define 30 vocabulary terms and that's all you have to do today." The teacher said. I got my book out and a sheet of paper. I tapped Taehyung's shoulder. He didn't turn around. I felt a little confused. I don't remember doing anything to hurt his feelings. I tapped his shoulder again. He turned and looked at me. His eyes were red and puffy. It's obvious he's been crying.
"Morning Taehyung." I smiled lightly. He Blinked away some tears.
"Morning, Jungkook." He replied with a small, fake, smile. He turned back around and began to define the vocabulary words. I did as well, however, my brain wasn't focussed on the words. Is he okay? Did something happen when he went home?
I found myself staring at Taehyung instead of doing my work. Before long, the bell rang and I hadn't done any of my work. Taehyung got up and packed his stuff. He then left. He didn't say anything. I felt a little hurt. I stood and packed up my things as well. I walked to the cafeteria and I got lunch. I noticed that Taehyung hadn't come in here yet.
I sat down at the usual table me and my friends sit at. I began to slowly eat as I looked around for Taehyung. I still didn't see him.
Five minutes later, all my friends were at the table eating and talking. I still haven't seen Taehyung. Why would he be skipping lunch? I felt myself feel worried. Where did he go?
I left lunch early. Taehyung not going to lunch made me lose my appetite cause it worried me. He's not acting like the Taehyung I've known for the past few days. He doesn't seem very stable in his mind. I don't want him to be alone. He may want it, but it's not always the best method for coping with different situations. I guess I have an issue with sticking my nose where it doesn't belong, but it's only because I care about Taehyung.
I heard sniffles down the hall. I quietly walked down the hall and peered around the wall. Taehyung was sitting on the floor, crying. I felt my heart break. Something isn't right. I walked around the corner.
"Taehyung?" I asked quietly. He hid his face and turned away.
"Go away Jungkook, I-i'm fine." He said through his cries.
"Taehyung..."
"Jungkook... We can't be friends anymore. Please stop talking to me..." He said. I felt my heart ache at his words. I know that people say stuff they don't mean when they are going through stuff, but Taehyung meant this. He wants to friends but he is saying that he doesn't. I want to figure out why. I want to help him.
And I will.
Cause...
I'm beginning to feel things for him...
