~Friday night~

~Taehyung pov~

Tonight is the night. The night I have to kidnap Jungkook. At first, I thought that I would be doing it by myself. I could just talk Jungkook through it and I wouldn't have to scare him, but my dad decided to tag along with me. He said he's going to 'show me the proper ways of kidnapping'. I'm scared his 'proper ways' are knocking them out with a bat or something.

"Taehyung, are you ready to go?" My dad asked, breaking me out of my thoughts. I looked over at my dad.

"Yeah..." I said. I got out of my bed and I got my phone. I followed my dad to the living room. My mom was cleaning up in the kitchen.

"Hey, boys, where you two headed?" She asked.

"My buddy that I work with has a broken down car. I'm taking Taehyung cause he can still get under the cars. I probably can't get back up." My dad said, coming up with a quick lie. She nodded.

"Okay, I'll be asleep when you guys get back, it late. Try not to stay out too long." She said. We nodded. We said bye and we walked out of the house. We got in my dad's car and he began to drive.

"So, where are you gonna tell Jungkook to meet us?" He asked.

"Um, I was thinking the park?" I asked. He nodded.

"Why the park?" He asked.

"Because it's dark. The lights there are blown." I explained. My dad nodded in approval.

"Good job." He smiled. I looked out the window. We slowly got closer and closer to the park.

Eventually, we got there. My dad parked near the woods and we sat silently as we waited. I checked the time on my phone as I went to my text messages. I then slowly typed a message to Jungkook.

Tae:

Hey, I know it's late, but could you meet me at the park?

"Did you send it?" My dad asked. I nodded.

"Are you sure? The text is blue." He said. I sighed.

"It sent dad." I repeated.

"Then why's the text blue?" He asked.

"It's an iPhone... that's the color the texts are." I answered.

"Well, when we text, our messages are green." He said, getting his phone.

"Cause you have a Samsung..." I said.

"Ohhhhh." He said.

"Yep..." I said. Yeesh, parents and technology... My dad is bad at it.

My phone made a ding noise. I looked down. It was a text from Jungkook.

"Is that him?" My dad asked. I nodded. I opened the text.

Kookie:

That's okay, I will

Tae:

Thank you

"What did he say?" My dad asked.

"Damn you are annoying..." I muttered under my breath.

"He said that he will." I answered. My dad nodded.

"Okay, so, lesson one. There are two ways to start this. You can act all nice and slowly leer them in, or you can just flat out go and get 'em. Which one will you do?" He asked.

"The first one." I answered. He nodded.

"Alight, in the case, you should probably use a gun to get him over here, here you go." My dad, reaching into the glove box. He handed me a gun. I blinked.

"Use that. When you get in here, you can use that cloth with that 'knock-out' stuff." My dad said. I nodded.

"Alright, so now we just wait." My dad said, looking out the window. I nodded and waited.

I felt myself want to throw up. I'm so nervous. I don't want to lose Jungkook over this. I did tell him to just trust me cause I'm going to do something really crazy, but I wonder if he will. I really love him and I don't want to hurt him and I don't want to lose him. I guess my dad is right. He'll only have to stay with us long enough that his parents give the money, then he can go home, safe and sound. But... he knows that it's us... I think my dad has other plans. Why would he let someone leave if they know who he is?

"Taehyung! Is that him?" My dad asked. I looked up. Jungkook was walking down the sidewalk, on his phone. I nodded. My dad pushed me out of the car.

"Go on." He said. I gulped. I lightly closed the car door and I began to slowly walk over to Jungkook, the gun under my jacket. I tightly gripped it as I got closer to him.

"Hi, Tae." Jungkook smiled.

"Hi." I replied.

"My parents are working really late, so I just left them a note that I was going out. What's up, something wrong?" He asked. I looked down at my feet.

"Tae?" He asked. I pulled the gun out of my jacket and I held it. His eyes widened a bit and he took a small step back.

"T-Tae..?" He questioned. I quickly got behind him and I pointed the gun at him, pressing it into his side a bit while free arm wrapped around him.

"Tae, I'm scared..." He said.

"I know Kookie... Remember, when I told you I was being forced to do something crazy?" I asked as we began to slowly walk towards my dad's car. He nodded.

"Well, my dad is forcing me to kidnap you." I said.

"W-what is he going to do to me?" He asked shakily.

"Nothing. I won't let him hurt you. Can you just please not put up a fight? I don't want to hurt you." I said. Jungkook nodded. We reached the car. I opened the back door and pushed him inside. I got in too and closed the door. My dad locked the doors quickly, causing Jungkook to jump a bit. I pulled the gun away from him.

"Ok, good job Taehyung, knock him out." My dad said, staring the car. Jungkook looked up at me. Even in the dark, I could see how scared he was. I reached down and got the cloth. I leaned close to his ear.

"I swear nothing will happen to you. I love you." I whispered. He slowly nodded. I put then cloth over his nose and mouth. He leaned his head on my chest and his eyes closed. He went limp. He was out. I pulled the cloth away and I put it back where it belonged. My dad was driving home already.

"Is he out?" My dad asked.

"Yes." I answered, holding back tears.

Within a few minutes, we were back at my house. I got out of the car and picked Jungkook up, bridal style. My dad quietly opened the door for me.

"Carry him to the basement. Put him on the old mattress and lock the door. You mom never goes down there." He said. I nodded. My dad went straight to his room while I carried Jungkook to the basement. I walked down the stairs to the mattress. It's cold down here. There are no blankets or pillows. I lightly lied Jungkook down and I ran to my room. I got all my extra pillows and my blankets and I carried them down to him. I put one under his head and the others around him. I then covered him up with two blankets. I took his shoes off and I took his phone. I leaned down and I kissed his forehead.

"I'm so sorry Kookie..." I whispered. I pulled away and I walked up the stairs. I closed the door lightly and I locked it. I then walked to my room. I lied down in my bed but I never slept. I'm too scared my dad will do something.
