My Pokémon Journey

Chapter Four

A/N This chapter is about my irl Bff, Izzy's oc ( @PinkNinjaJediIzzy05 )  and some of the events, lines, names, ect. are from/ based on her story, but she did give me permission to use them. Thx! Hope ya'll like it!

"Mom! I'm gonna groom Gem then I'll do my homework!" 13 year old Pokemon trainer Izzy called. 

"You'd better," Her mother called to her, "and don't take to long if you want to call Ben!"

"I'll hurry!" Izzy yelled as she started to brush her shiny Espeon's green coat. Lightning, her Pikachu, came up to her and nuzzled her leg. Izzy reached down and stroked the Pokémon's soft, yellow fur. 

"Piiiiiii ka chuuuuuu" the small Pokémon cooed.

 After she had finished grooming Gem, Izzy when into the living room to do her homework, she got bored quickly, though. After tossing and turning on the couch for about 5 minutes when she was startled by a soft "Vull"

"Gem, was that you?" Izzy asked looking at the green- cat like Pokémon.

Gem shook her head as if to say "No, no I did not."

  "Vul, Vulpix! Vul!" Izzy looked down and saw a small fox-like Pokémon nuzzling her leg.

The chances of a Kanto Vulpix sneaking into her house were small but still possible.

She knew she should call her mother and stay as far away from it as possible but ignored the feeling and started stroking the little orange Pokémon's soft fur. She reached into her purse and grabbed out one of her empty Pokeballs and touched it to the cute Pokémon's forehead. 

"1, 2, 3," She counted "Yes! I caught a Vulpix!"

"How?" asked Sia.

"Does it matter?" Izzy replied.

"I guess not." Kat said. Then Kat and Sia left the room.

Izzy hurried on her homework and went to her bedroom and on her bed she saw, an EGG!

"MOOOOOOOOOOOOM!" Izzy shouted "Gem, she, she laid an EGG!"

"What?" her mom  called as she ran to Izzy's room ''Oh, wow she did! I wonder what its gonna be?"

"So do I." Izzy replied.

"Well just call me when it hatches." her mom said as she left the room.

Gem's egg  was starting to HATCH!!!!!!!!

''Mom! Sia! Kat!" Izzy called "Gem's egg is hatching!!!"

Izzy's Mom and sister, Sia ran to her room.

"Oooooooooo!" cried Kat as she ran to Izzy's room "let me see! Let me see!''

"Kat.." said Sia "You can see, no one's stopping you."

"Oh, right! I cant wait!"

The egg started to glow completely white. A few seconds later, the light started to fade and reveled a Shiny, female Sylveon. 

"How could it already be a shiny Sylveon?" asked Sia.

"I don't know", Izzy said. "But I think I'll call her Azure."

"Veon!" said Azure happily.

Izzy pulled a Pokeball out of her pocket and touched it to Azure.

And she stayed inside it! 

"Yes! I just got a new friend!" said Izzy as she released her new Sylveon pal.

Izzy sat on her bed in her room with nothing to do. She was just, bored, very, VERY bored.  She looked down at Gem.

Feeling bored, are we? 

"Huh?" Izzy said "Gem, that you?"

I have more eggs you know, wanna see?

Before Izzy could say a word, Gem used teleport and took her just outside of a forest.

"Gem..." said Izzy "What did you do? Where are we!?"

You  did say you were bored? 

"Yes, but," said Izzy "But why here? I am so grounded!"

You'll see, and we will go back soon.

"Lets hurry, like now!"

Come on. Lets go. Gem gestured towards the forest.

"Oh no! I am NOT going in there!"

That's fine. Gem stretched on the ground I  am NOT taking you home until you do. I could stay here all  day.

''Uggg," Izzy grumbled "Fine." 

Good, now follow me please. Gem led her into the forest through a small clearing.

''Wow...'' Izzy cooed ''this is.. AMAZING..''

I  know , but its not what I brought you here to see  She walked over to a small bush this is She brushed a few leaves away, exposing 6 brightly colored Pokémon eggs being guarded by a shiny, male Umbreon.

''Umbree...'' it growled covering the eggs.

''Espeon,'' said Gem.

The male Umbreon started to slowly back away.

This Umbreon is Azure's father and these are our other eggs. I was hoping you would take the others with you and care for them.

''Um, wow,'' Izzy said. ''um, sure! If that's what you want, I'll do it!'' she stopped, ''but if it wouldn't be to mush to ask, could you take me home please!?''
