Soon the twins arrived at the large building that Merlyn owned. "What do we do? We have to have an appointment," Violet whispered as the two entered through the front doors. "Follow my lead," Thea said before casually walking over to the only elevator that leads up to the top floor. Before the doors closed a random man in a suit walked in.

He was too busy to notice us because he was on his phone. He then scanned his ID and pressed a floor level. Violet realized that you would need to scan an ID to push a floor number in this elevator. Violet noticed that Thea was secretly reaching for the man's ID. It was the type of ID that you attach to yourself and is connected to a wire.

Violet watched her sister nervously as she pulled them to the scanner and scanned it successfully. She then pressed the button that Merlyn's office would be on, the highest floor. The man soon left on a lower level, "Thea I can't believe you did that," Violet spoke out as the elevator reached the twins' destination.

"You sure you want to do this?" Violet asked nervously. "We're doing this," Thea said emphasizing the word "we're." "Mom said he's dangerous," Violet continued causing Thea to sigh. "I don't think she was lying about this. What if he's a drug lord or something. Maybe he's using his business as a cover-up to deliver... I don't something like vertigo," Violet rambled. "Yeah, I doubt that," Thea said as the two twins stopped in front of Merlyn's office door.

"Oh god oh god oh god oh god," Violet began whispering repetitively. The door then opened on its own and out stepped Merlyn who closed his office door behind him. "Your mom called. She said you were coming here. I was going to greet you down at the lobby," He said as Violet wondered why he wasn't letting us into his office.

"Well we're here," Thea said harshly. "Thea calm..." "What do you want with mom?" Thea interrupted Violet. Merlyn then chuckled causing Violet to step back worriedly. "She said you would hurt us," Violet said in a shaky voice. "No, I would never hurt you two," he said. "I have some business to attend to. But I'd suggest you two to stay out of the glades tomorrow night," he said

"What's happening?" Violet asked as she rushed over to her sister. "Mom's having a press conference," Thea responded. Violet looked around at all the photographers and few police officers surrounded in the room. "I am Moira Queen, and I am the CEO of Queen Consolidated," Moira began.

Violet could see the guilt on her face. She could see how hurt inside she was. Whatever she was going to say, Violet knew that it had been killing her on the inside this whole time. "God I have failed this city. For the past five years under the threat of my life and my families lives, I have been complicit in an undertaking with a horrific purpose," Moira confessed.

She then looked over to the police officers in the corner of the room before turning back to everyone. "To destroy the glades and everyone in it. But you need to know that the architect of this nightmare is Malcolm Merlyn. Yes, and I have proof that he has killed dozens in pursuit of this madness: Adam Hunt, Frank Chen, And my husband Robert," She said.

Violet froze as she found out that Merlyn was the reason that the Green Gambit sank. Surprisingly no tears fell from Violets eyes, but she felt broken. She thought that she couldn't control anything in her life. Everyone one around her wasn't just ding they were being murdered. Violet's chest hurt, but she wasn't crying. Her stomach ached, but she wasn't complaining. She was done with crying.

"Please if you reside in the glades you need to get out now. Your lives depend on it," Moira said before walking over to her daughters. "I don't understand," Thea spoke out. Violet finally noticed how hurt her sister was. She was so involved with her own emotions she forgot about Thea. "I'm sorry. I love you," Moira confessed knowing that her daughter didn't trust her.

"I love Roy," Thea said on the verge of tears. "He lives in the glades," Thea said before darting off. Moira then turned to Violet, "This wasn't your fault mom. It was his," Violet said Moira relaxed at Violet's words. She couldn't believe that she forgave her for doing this. A police officer then cuffed her and took her away. Violet got in her mother's car and followed her to the precinct. Violet still loved her mother. She didn't blame her at all. But she hated Malcolm Merlyn. He murdered her father.

"Mom," Violet called out as she rushed into the interrogation room that she was in. "Violet," Her eyes lit up seeing her daughter here. "I didn't think you would come here," Moira confessed. Violet then sat down in the chair across from her. "Mom everything is ok. Thea is only mad because you lied to her for all these years. She doesn't blame you for this, and she doesn't hate you," Violet said knowing that her mother was worried about that.

"Oh, sweetie you don't know how much I love. You've grown up to be such a great woman. I am proud that you're my daughter," She confessed. Her mother's words brought a small smile to Violet's lips. "Thanks, mom," Violet said before a loud bang was heard in the distance.
