"Come on Tuff, we need to do something to apologize." Ruffnut whispered quietly.
"What are you thinking, sis?"
"We could go to that massive dragon in the middle of Hiccup's Haven and ask him to order the monstrous nightmare to stop, I think that it would work." Ruffnut answered.
"Then should we ask Hiccup about this?"
"You are going to surprise them, you yak's breath."
"So, that is a no?"
"Yes, it's a no. now come on, the sun is going to rise soon." Ruffnut pulled the pouting Tuffnut out of their house before the both of them mounted Baft and Belch and took off toward the Dragon's Haven in the distance.
A sight that would cause many hearts to stir and fill with worries if they were to see it.
Nevertheless, the daily morning came without any disturbance, no chaos, no mishave and no twin in sight. To the Berkian, it was shocking. The missing of the twin brought Berk the calmness that they desired, yet it also brought the unstated fear, fear of mayhem they the twin would cause.
"Where could they be?" Heather asked quietly as she felt an unknown pressure.
"You are just being crazy Heather, just leave them alone. For once, they did not do anything chaotic or destructive." Astrid answered back nonchalantly was the two of them walked through the peaceful Berk.
"You are the one being crazy. This is the first time that I see you this relax when the twin goes missing. Usually, you would be the one to panic and start a search for them."
"They almost burnt down the arena yesterday, so I don't think that they would do anything too stupid. Besides, we are meeting Hiccup and Fishlegs at the Cove today, aren't you excited?" Astrid asked suggestively.
"Shut it girl. I am planning to take things slowly, so if you say anything out of line then I swear to Thor, Astrid, I will smite you." Heather quickly warned.
"Yes, yes. I won't say anything to Fishlegs, so you don't have to worry."
Before the two of them could even see the Cove, they could already hear the roaring of their dragons and the laughter like sounds that they would often use to mock each other and even their riders.
Once the view of the Cove was in sight, the immediately spotted the three dragons running and chasing each other down while Fishlegs's Meatlug laid next to his rider quietly while biting on a rock. The sight took the two of them off guard, they saw the usual sight of the boys of their dreams sitting shoulders to shoulder, talking and discussing the differences between dragons with great passion. But this time, they saw the early sunlight bathed them in a majestic and breath-taking way.
"Damn, I didn't think that I could fall even more in love with him." Astrid whispered quietly.
"Tell me about it."
Wiping away their naughty thought, the two of them quietly approached the two young vikings, however, the moment that they were within earshot, they immediately froze upon hearing the discussion.
"So, Hiccup, how do you know that you love Astrid?"
"I don't know Fish, I really don't. But if I have to guess, then it would be that I value her more than anything and anyone that I had met. She is as important to me as Toothless is. And I could say that I am willing to risk my life for her in a heartbeat."
"Re-Really?"
"Yes, really. But I think that the most important sign is that every time I saw her, my heart beat faster and faster, my stomach doesn't felt right and my mind would go blank sometimes. Don't let me get started with her smile... Oh... That smile... It-It just so... So-"
