By the time the morning sun had rolled around, Hiccup and Astrid found themselves laying next to each other, the warmth of their skin could be felt and the aroma that had invaded their mind. It had imprinted itself consciousness urging them to hold each other ever so slightly tighter.

"Morning, milady." Hiccup kissed Astrid forehead lovingly.

"Hiccup... Five more minutes... Please..." Astrid whined while snuggling closer to Hiccup, clinging to his arm, her legs wrapped around Hiccup's waist and she continued to drove him mad with fingertips running along his messy auburn hair.

"Come on milady... We still have a busy day ahead of us."

"This is your fault, you know that, right?"

"Yes, Yes. It is my fault for pleasuring you, milady." Hiccup said with a smirk on his face. The look alone was enough to make Astrid melt, but with the images flashed in her mind, Astrid just hid her face back under the cover while her cheeks turned unbelievably red. However, upon hearing Hiccup's chuckles as he started to get ready, Astrid lunged out determined not to let Hiccup win again.

"You know... Next time... I will make you... Scream..." Astrid whispered seductively into Hiccup ears, sending his hair to stand on end. Not only that, the fact that Astrid was pinning him against the wall turned him into a tomato causing him to run downstair in embarrassment. Leaving a satisfied Astrid behind.

"There you are Hiccup, had an exciting night, I presumed?"

"MOM! How could you say something like that?" Hiccup asked petrified at the aspect that his mother knew what he and Astrid were doing last night.

"Don't worry Hiccup, I won't tell anyone." Valka chuckled before gesturing the seat opposite her. "Now, I have some really bad news that you need to know... Drago indeed had an Alpha and he will arrive earlier than expected with his army of dragons."

"You don't have to worry about this mom, we will get through this and end this battle with him, once and for all." Hiccup said confidently.

"I know that we could, but we are no longer by ourselves, you have Astrid by your side now and we have Berk to protect." Valka suddenly sighed. "I have always afraid that this day would come... returning there and facing everyone..."

"I know that you hated Berk, but they have changed, mom. They really have." Hiccup exclaimed enthusiastically. "Dragons have been living with them for years now, everyone and everything in the village is dragon approved."

"I know that Hiccup, but I don't think that it would be right for me to come back. After all, I was gone for more than twenty years and suddenly, I just came back, what would they think of me, what would the village think of me and what would Stoick think of me?" For the first time Hiccup heard his mother called out his father name, it was still filled with love and care.

"They would be happy." Astrid answered while standing at the bottom of the staircase. "I know that you are thinking, Valka. You think that they would get mad or they would hate you. But the truth is everyone misses you, my mom, my dad, Gobber, even Spitelout cried for you on one occasion. And the person that misses you the most of Stoick, he misses both you and Hiccup with all of his heart and soul."

"Please come back to him..." Astrid continued. "He deserved to know that his wife and his son are still alive."

Valka looked at into Astrid's eyes. Those were the eyes that scream unbelievable sorrow and pain a kind that could and should kill someone, yet they immediately turned bright, the life was suddenly restored to the girl in front of her. That was when she noticed Hiccup who had pulled Astrid into his lap with his hand stroking her hair gently. Valka instantly understood.
