Chapter 4

-One month later-

Sam was crying. Why? I don't know. He showed up at my house an hour ago saying that his girlfriend Acacia broke up with him. (A/N I personally have nothing against Acacia, I love her so much. But she will fit into this story. Sorryyyyy)

I don't see what all this fuss is about. She has been fine with him at school and all. I'm so confused.

"I-I-I saw her w-w-with Ki-a-a-n kissing..." He says bawling his eyes out onto my shoulder, literally. Acacia and Kian? Kissing? No, it can't be.

"Hey. Why don't I phone Kian, you keep quiet and I will talk to him?" He nodded.

Conversation with Kian on the phone (speaker phone) K-Kian/R-Ria

R-what the hell?

K-what you on about now?

R-the fact that you kissed acacia and she broke up with Sam!

K-you gonna let me explain?

R-sure?

K-you with Sam?

I looked to Sam and he shook his head and mouthed "say no"

R-no

K-ok. So Acacia fell down at the beach and fell down some rocks, apparently. i was out riding my penny board and saw her unconscious (he said in sarcasm). So I went and gave her mouth to mouth in case she died you know. But she tricked me and made out with me. So that's what you saw.

R-yeah but you kissed her back?!

K-eh. Im sorry. But I have to go. Acacia is upstairs shouting me. Sorry Ria. Don't tell any of this to Sam!

(Sam interferes)

Sam-SHE DOESNT HAVE TO. YOU KNOW WHAT MAN. YOU CAN HAVE THAT BITCH. IM DONE WITH BOTH OF YOU!

And with that. Kian hung up. I pulled Sam into a hug and cradled him like a baby. I have never seen him so upset.

~one hour later~

"Ria. Thank you." Sam finally says something. Wow

"What for?"

"Being here for me. I just lost my girlfriend and my best friend."

"Anytime. You have me"

Silence. Nothing but heavy breathing from Sam. His eyes wide with shock. Then he did something unexpected. He kissed me. Deep and passionate. Let me say. He is a waaaaayyy better kisser than Kian. Wait what? Yeah that's right I said it! I kissed back.

"Sam, I have to ask you something."

"What..?"

"Is this a good idea. I mean, I want to, it's just that. You and Acacia broke up like 2hrs ago."

"Tbh Ria. I have loved you since the day I saw you but I knew I couldn't have you because Kian loved you..."

I didn't say anything after that. I simply kissed him back. Just a light quick one. I went to back away when he cupped my face and pulled me back in. I didn't resist, why should I? He licked my lower lip, begging for entrance, I allowed. He searched my mouth until he found my sweet spot. He licked it a few times and I was pulling at his hair. There was a knock at my bedroom door. It swung open and I heard keys drop. By this point, Sam was lay on top of me. Shirtless. I had my bikini top on and denim shorts. Sam, well he only had his khaki shorts on.

"WHAT THE HELL BRO?!"
