Chapter seven
---Josh's P.O.V---
I know that something is wrong when Annie and Katie walk off into the woods. I wait about 20 minutes and then I hear screaming and crying. I start to panic. I leave everything and run as fast as I can into the woods. I sprint towards the crying which I now know is Katie. I find he on the ground curled up crying. "What's wrong?!" I ask her. "ANNIE!" she screams. 'Woah something really did go down.'
"Shhh it's okay." I calmly say. I want her to clam down so I can talk to her. She crawls over to me and I sit down. I put my arms around her and she stops crying. She is just breathing heavily now. "Do you ever lose something that you never thought that you would lose?" she gets out. "Ya.." I say. We sit there for a little longer.
"Do you want to talk about it?" I finally say. "Yeah." she tells me. This is good because first of all it shows that she trusts me and second I really want to know what happened. She tells me everything and I feel really bad for her when she finishes. No one should be treated that way especially her. 'I am going to go talk to Annie' I tell myself. I am pissed at her.
We eventually walk back to the picnic blanket but neither of us are hungry anymore. So we decide to just pack up and go home. I feel really bad because we were having so much fun. Plus this was supposed to be romantic but nooooo. I will have to make it up to her though....
