deceptio est rubrum rosae
I could write your name in blood red lines,
Across the crimson walls of this tenebrous prison.Set in a castle ruined and forlorn,
In a lifeless world, after Armegeddon. After I touched a most beautiful blood red rose.
How naïve was I,
to disdain the thorns beneath her deceiving petals.
Until this blossom close to my heart,
Did with its thorns poisoned them. With a hope now despairing,
With a giddying illusion of an idyllic hallucination,
That chained my will like a Syren's song...
Tempting me to happiness,
Only to lead down to darkness..Despair! Despair! Despair!
Why does your taunting bone dry finger,
laugh at my scourged body?
Art thou afraid to show thy eyeless eyelets
Hidden behind thy hooded cloak?Do thou sittest beside my deathbed,
Perchance, you would be my only friend.......
