Mike's POV
This is it! Today's the day I'm finally gonna ask Chelsea to be mine, forever! I hope everything goes well..
"Chelsea, baby.. Could you come here please?" well...here goes nothing
"What's up?"
"I'm really boreeedd!"
"Okayy.. What do you want to do?" she looked at me confused and at the same time trying not to laugh
"Ummm... How about a board game?"
"Okay, sure... What game do you want?"
"hmmmm.... Scrabble?"
I knew she loved that game and I know it sounds crazy but I'm going to propose to her this way...
"YESS! I'll go get the board!!" she excitedly ran upstairs to go get it.. I loved how she gets excited about this kinds of things...
*fast forward*
"Okay, Mike, your turn"
"Ummm.. Could you do me a favor?"
"Sure... Is there something wrong?" she said with worry in her eyes
"No, nothings wrong... Just... close your eyes."
"What? Why?"
"It's a surprise!" I smiled
"Okay then.." she said covering her eyes with her eyes "You better not prank me, Mike!" she said smiling
She knows me well.... "I won't don't worry about it."
I removed all the tiles on the board and replaced them with "Marry me?".. I know there isn't a quesiton mark tile, so I just made one.. I also placed a rose in there.. I did it as quietly as I could, and to my surprise, she didn't suspect anything...
"Okay, Chelsea... You can open them now" I was smiling ear to ear now
Chelsea's POV
The moment I removed my hands from my eyes, it felt like everything was...just..wonderful.. I think I have tears in my eyes, but I don't care anymore.. I looked up at Mike and he was holding the most beautiful ring I've ever seen... I couldn't talk, I was so speechless..
"Is it a yes?" he looked at me with hopeful eyes
I started nodding like crazy with tears in my eyes "YES! YES! I WILL MIKE!!"
I don't know what came over me, I just got so happy I literally jumped on him.. He sat up and placed the ring on my finger.
"Mike, it's so beautiful.." I said looking at him "I love you."
"I love you too!" he said pulling me closer, kissing me
Let's just say the rest was magic..
