Chapter 15

My eyes widened when I looked up at the sky. It wasn't the sky anymore. It was just grey. Blank. Empty. No clouds, no sun,  nothing. Just grey. Many people in the Glade were freaking out including me. Gally kept saying it was Thomas's fault but I don't believe that. Not one bit. Gally is insane and threatened to kill him the runs out into the maze! Idiot. I walked around trying to find Newt. I always went to him don't ask why because I don't even know. I finally found him in the map room with Thomas, Minho, and Teresa.

I walked in. "Hey am I interrupting something? "

"No love. Come in." Newt said sweetly.

"What are you guys doing?"

"No offense Y/N but you're not a runner, or someone in charge so scram." Minho said with his tough guy attitude. Deep down I know he's a softy. I chuckled and crossed my arms.

"Pretty boys don't tell me what to do and Teresa isn't either of those things." He squinted his eyes giving me a cold look then a smirk came across his face. "This is why I like you." I smiled.

"So what's going on? "

"The maze is a code." Thomas said.

I woke up to the sun beating down on me. I wanted the satisfaction of water running down my throat and into my stomach.

I sat up with the other girls. That's when I remembered that Thomas was tied up and Teresa was no where to be found.

I walked up to Thomas. "Hey you okay? "

"Yeah I'm fine... I just love being tied up."

I rolled my eyes. "Pipe down ya big sissy. I'm gonna get you out."

"How? "

"I'll convince the girls to let you go."
"They won't. I've ready tried."

"Why would they listen to their prisoner? "

He shrugged then I smirked. "I have a friend who will help me out." I stood up then walked over to Emma. "Hey I need your help."

"With what? "

"Thomas. He needs to escape."

"Why? He's -"

"It's a lie Emma. Teresa is lying to you and I don't know why but it's all a lie."
She swallowed and looked down thinking about it.

"Please? "

She sighed then looked up. "Alright. Where do we start? "
