Lygienel's POV

"Oh c'mon, we have to go," I dragged Darren as we went to school. I went to their house an hour before the school hours start. Only for me to found out that he was still sleeping. So, I woke him up that made him panic and rush.

"Wait, I'm still fixing my hair," he said. His hands were still on his hair. I still dragged him out of their house while he is still fixing his hair. Boys, really. "You could just fix it in the car, you know," I told him, chuckling. On our backs are our bagpacks and on his hand, a Bench hair wax.

As we entered their car, he immediately opened his hair wax and fixed his hair. I rolled my eyes. "What's your problem?" Darren asked me, chuckling. I looked at him, crossed my arms and pouted at him. Then, he chuckled at me again.

"Will you please help me fix my hair, please?" he asked me. I sighed and nodded. As I fix Darren's hair, I can feel tito Lyndon glancing at us. "Kayong dalawa ha, baka mamaya, mabalitaan kong kayong dalawa na pala," tito Lyndon told us. Briskly, Darren and I both said no at the same time, making tito Lyndon laugh.

"Oh, nandito na kayo, ingat kayo ha. Mag-aral nang mabuti tsaka wag kayong magc-cutting classes ha?" tito Lyndon reminded us. Darren and I both laughed and went down on their car. I was about to carry my bag when I saw Darren already carrying my red Jansport. Darren was also carrying his green Jansport. I blushed. What a gentleman,

"Bitawan mo nga yan, cupcake. Ako na ang magbibitbit," I told him. I just can't believe that I called him cupcake. He looked at me then, I noticed that he blushed. I chuckled at him. "Ako na ang 'tong nagbibitbit eh, ako naaa," he whined, running away from me. Running to the third building. "Uy, Gienel, ikaw pala," Juan Karlos said, approaching me.

I mentally sighed in relief. Good thing, Darren isn't here. Why? Because Darren would just probably storm away whenever he sees Juan Karlos and I talking to each other. Or he would just probably be angry at the both of us. And, I won't let that happen again.

"Nasan yung bag mo?" Juan Karlos asked me. I mentally  face palmed at Juan Karlos chuckled. "Kinuha kasi ni Darren eh, sya na nagbuhat," I told him. He laughed so hard, I laughed with him. This kid is just so damn hilarious.

"Si Darren talaga. Hahaha. Tara na nga, akyat na tayo sa room, baka magtaka pa yung Icing mo, wala ka pa sa taas," he said. I was shocked when he knew my call sign with Darren. Darren is just a heartthrob here in SMU, there is a possibility that all of the students and teachers here can know.

I playfully hit Juan Karlos' arm as he put his arm around my shoulder. Like what he usually does when we're both together.

We were already outside the classroom when we heard noises.

"Yiie. Mr Icing and Ms Cupcake,"

"Pst Darren, kayo na ba?"

"Omg, inggit akes,"

"Bagay kaya sila ni Darren," "No! Mas bagay sila ni Juan Karlos,"

"Shh guys! Shut up!"

Juan Karlos and I laughed at the one who shouted shut up. It was funny though. Then, Juan Karlos opened the door for me, I blushed and bowed a bit as a sign of formality.

The time Juan Karlos and I entered the room, everyone looked at the both of us. Awkward. I remembered this scene. The first day of school. When I said hi and it became more awkward.

Flashback~ (Chapter 1: Where it all began..)

When we reached the 3rd floor, where our classroom is located, we heard noise. Probably the 5 jerks. As we entered the room slowly and quietly, everyone looked at the both of us as if we were criminals. I looked back at the 5 jerks, making eye contact with them. Nash winked at me. I noticed that Darren elbowed him as Nash's side. What a flirt.
