Darren's POV
"Darren, just do it," Hannah told me. Since Hannah knew about the deal, we became distant. And she keeps on forcing me to be friends with Lygienel. It was three days ago since kuya Rhed punched me hard on my face. Soon, Lygienel will go to Germany.
"I did it already but she didn't accept it," I pointed to Hannah. Hannah sighed and said, "Darren, please.. for me.." Hannah pleaded me. I turned furious a bit. "Hannah! Why do you care so much?!" I shouted at her. Hannah looked at me, tears filling her eyes.
"It's because she's your bestfriend and I'm your girlfriend!" She shouted back. My face turned red because I'm mad. "So what?!" I shouted again. Tears running down on her face saying, "You used her to court me. And I can't accept the fact that I'm the reason why your friendship with Lygienel was over!" She shouted while crying. I softened a bit.
"Shh, don't say that," I calmed her down, walking near her. "Don't say what? Why do you have to use her to court me? And I also can't accept the fact that I was the main reason why you started a friendship with her. Darren! You could've just tell me you like me and you want to court me in the first place because I felt the same way about how you felt for me," she said.
I sighed. "Darren, I don't want someone getting hurt because of me. Specially if he/she is my friend," Hannah cried. I felt so guilty about everything that I did. I felt so guilty, so guilty. "Hannah," I called her. I tried going near her but she kept on walking away.
"I'm so sorry Darren, but I'm.." she started. She can't even speak because she was crying. Wait, is she going to break up with me? No. She's not. "Darren, I'm really sorry.. I'm breaking up with you," she said running away from me. Tears escape my eyes.
I closed my eyes, preventing my tears to fall again. Great. Lygienel won't forgive me for everything I did and now, Hannah broke up with my because of Lygienel. Now I'm mad at Lygienel. If it's not because of her, Hannah won't break up with me. I was about to get my phone from my pocket when it buzzed. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and checked the message. There were two. One is from my classmate, Rinoa and one is from my mom.
I checked Rinoa's message first.

To: Darren, Claude, Hanate, Ron, Hayes and 24 others.
Hey guys! How is it going lately? I miss you guys so much. We will miss you, Lygienel. And oh, congratulations to our classmate, Juan Karlos. Guess what? He passed the The Voice Kids Philippines' Auditions and now he's off to Manila this Monday for the Blind Auditions! Weee! Good luck, JK! We're so proud of you.

Then, realization hit me in an instant. Yeah, Juan Karlos auditioned for The Voice, too. Just like me. And congrats to him, he passed. Then, I opened my mom's text next.
From: Mom
To: Denden
Go home. Now.
My heart beats fast like a horse running on a race. What's the problem? I ran home from the park, where Hannah and I broke up.
I went home, panting like hell. Then my mom, Marinel, my dad, Lyndon and my sister, Lynelle ran towards me, hugging me. I hugged them back slowly. My face looks like I ate a lemon, full of confusion. "What's happening?" I asked them, pulling away from the hug. "NAKAPASOK KA SA AUDITION!" They all shouted happily.
"Darren! Darren!" they all shouted, panicking as I blacked out.
