"Yes Luci. It is me, Carol Wasa"

Almost forgetting about the dead body in the room, I turned to face my teacher that I had no idea whose name was Carol. Why isn't she freaking out over Luke!?

"What are you doing here Carol?", Michael asked with a calm but slightly annoyed voice.
It never occurred to me that they might had become friends after the incident, was that even possible since he killed her?

"She doesn't know, does she?", Ms.Wasa, or Carol questioned Michael.

"Knows what?" I asked while searching for eye contact with Michael who was starring at the floor.
A wicked laugh escaped the lips of my teacher who was now close enough for me to see that her usual wrinkles was nowhere to be seen and that her pale skin now looked kissed by the sun. What has happened to her?

"Ever since I felt his hot hands wrapped around my neck, I couldn't stop thinking about it."
"Not about the pain and my quick trip to hell, but of how incredible alive I had felt."

Where is this going..

"I knew that Michael was the only one who could make me feel that way, completely unaware of anything except the fire", she continued.

"And he felt it too"

My previous thoughts towards Michael had been replaced by betrayal, if that was even possible.
He had warned about hurting me but I did not think he meant like this. Could that cold, empty feeling in my chest be heart break? Heart broken by the Antichrist, what a cliche huh.

Without hesitation I stormed towards the exit and opened the door out to the empty hallway of Silver-groove high.
A salt tear landed on my lip that was half tugged in between my teeth, I thought we..

"Luci!", I could hear Michaels desperate call from behind being muffled by the sound of my own breathing.

"Please look at me" A hand lifted up my chin and I could see through my blurry vision that Michael had sat down beside me on the floor.

"Don't", I told him.

Staring in to those light blue eyes really made me feel some kind way, but I couldn't let myself be played.

"It is not what you think Luci!
"What she felt was my inner anger running trough my veins and you out of anyone should know what that feels like.
"What we have is different, it is the kind of fire you would wanna be burned in forever."

I can't stop myself to feel the truth behind his words but when I separate my lips to answer I get interrupted by Michael placing his soft lips onto mine, kissing them gently.

I griped my hand around his face and tugged at his hair while I kissed him back, a bit more passionate. When I opened my lips slightly more he took the chance to slide his warm tongue inside and I let out a quiet moan before pulling away.

"What are we going to do with her Michael?"
I still don't enjoy the thought of her and Michael being around each other.

"I need her for my mission to destroy this earth", he answered and I'm surprised at his words.

"But Michael, you aren't really going to do that?"

"Yes Luci. And that is the reason I didn't want for us to be with each other. I cannot get attached to anyone because I am going to hurt them."

I flinched at the sound of his distant words.
Sure I know that he is the Antichrist but he doesn't have to do that, right?

"But I won't hurt you Luci, I promise"
"You are not anyone, you are special", he said before wrapping his arms around me in a hug.
