Michaels POV.

Chemistry was one of the best classes I took, it was one of the few times I got to see Luci and Ms. Wasa together. I knew that they both envied each other but they were the only people I had. I didn't know why I couldn't let go of Luci after she was released from my fathers possession, she made me question everything.

I peaked inside of the classroom to see that the class had already started, my eyes catched a glimpse of the most gorgeous girl, what-, I meant Luci. Just like always, I took the place next to her. There after I pulled out a block and an old pecil, no one has time to bring books around.

My stomach fluttered at the thought of Friday, at the thought of finally ending the world and bringing her with me. She would become grateful as time passed, she has to.

I felt my self drifting away, focus!
The Antichrist can't be soft, I can't be soft.

Carol had written the words, The cemistry behind love, on the wall. She had a bright red lipstick on today, that catched my attention, and I thought about the red blood that Luci disliked.

I saw that she had trouble with the assignment, they way her nose wrinkled was adorable, and I wanted to help but stopped myself. Personally I thought that it was easy, so maybe I could have studied with her later.

School lunches suck, if any one thought I was going to eat the 'potatoes', they were wrong. I brought my own sandwich.

There's was this guy, Jake I thought, who always seemed to be around Luci. I remember seeing him and Luke with her at the diner the night I took her to the woods and now he was sitting next to her here at lunch. I couldn't stop staring at them, seeing the way he made her laugh, seeing the way her eyes lit up. When she looked at me they narrowed, but her pupils dilated, it was hard to read.  To keep calm I bit my tongue, feeling how the pain kept me from causing some to Jake.

After school I met up with Carol, at the mine, and we discussed the details of Friday. She also mentioned a plan to stall the police from finding Lukes murderer, but I didn't listen.

The smoke from my cigarette went to my lungs as I inhaled, taking the frustration out with nicotine. Carol and I stood outside now, looking out at the dark night, in silence. It was time to head back to the house, I just wished that I could have been able to call it home and really mean it. If things were different, Silvergroove could have been my home.

If things were different, Luci could have been waiting for me to get back.

I pulled off my shirt and pants, exposing my skin to the chilling air, before climbing into the bed. It was rather uncomfortable but I forgot about that as soon as I wrapped myself in the cover, making a burrito. My eyes lids got heavier and heavier, and I listened to the noise of Luci and her mother chatting downstairs.

For every second that passes I feel my heart beat increasing, letting the fire that's rushing through my veins burn me on its way. I take deep breaths, trying to bring oxygen to the brain, but nothing works. The sound of her voice activates my muscles, "Elliot, are you okay sweetie?".

I scratch the skin on my arms, ripping flesh away, doing everything to escape. I don't feel myself doing it, but I stand up.

Metal flashes over my eyes and then I slowly push a sharp object straight into the heart of my own mother. She gaps, whimpers, stares at me, and then dies.

With panic, I opened my eyes to found myself breathless and covered in sweat after the images of my nightmare. I drastically sat up, lit the lamp on the night stand, and was overwhelmed by the weight on my shoulders. It was so realistic, every part. Some how I was desperate to see Luci and tell her about everything.

I knocked on the door and as she opened, my eyes became glossy, I felt myself on the edge of tears. Without hesitation she pulled me inside and into her arms. I wrapped myself around Lucis neck and smelled her hair, which seemed to calm me down a bit.

"What happened?", she softly asked and we sat down at her bed. It was bigger then mine, but not much more comfortable .

"I need to tell you something.", I said and she tensed up a bit.

"Okay?"

"It's about my past."
"I haven't been completely honest with you"

"Michael, I don't think there's anything you can tell me that's worse then you being the Antichrist.", she yawned and scratched her eyes.

"My name is not Michael.", I finally admitted.

"What are you talking about?", Luci was confused.

"I changed my identity."

"Who are you then?"
"First you tell me you're Michael Langdon. Then you tell me you're the Antichrist. And no you are telling me that you have been lying.", her words were harsh but her voice calm.

"I am the Antichrist."
"But my true name is Elliot Thomas.", I said and she moved away from me.

"Elliot?", she tried the name in her mouth.

"I had to change my name after I killed her."

"Who?"

"My mother."

"You killed your own mother?", she asked with a look of disgust on her pretty face.

"Yes."
"Own my thirteenth birthday, two thousand nineteen."

"That was four years ago Mi-Elliot."
"Where have you been since then?"

"Moving around. Til I came here."
"To Silvergroove."

"Okay.."
Luci laid down in her bed again and closed her eyes. Her dark hair was spread out on the pillow.
"I'm to tired for this Michael"

"I know you are." I didn't understand why I went to her.
"But I just don't wanna be alone."

"Fine. Come here.", she opened her arms for me, probably not thinking her actions through, and I brought myself close to her.

"Thank you Luci."

"This doesn't mean anything Michael."
"Or Elliot."
"What do I even call you from now on?", Luci talked into my chest.

"Yours.", I whispered as she drifted back to sleep.
