I wanted to die in this truck.

Aside from the two guys at the computer, I was sitting next to Fushimi and watching the radar in case of strange alerts. We hardly spoke to each other after our meeting with Munakata. When we had gotten into the truck he simply handed me the headphones, pointed at the monitor right in front of my face, and told to watch for something other than a blue dot.

The two men that accompanied us had left to go use the restroom, so it was just me and Fushimi. sitting together in silence. Watching for anything weird. I really wish I was out there with Inari, but she's with Munakata. So, of course, she gets to see the action. I couldn't help but notice the chippy mood she had on her face, and the end of her jacket was sticking up. When I had run after her to give her gloves, she told me she didn't need them. There was a sword at her hip. When did they give her a saber? Why am I just now seeing it? I don't know why, but I felt sad. She never leaves without her gloves, but here she was, standing with other members with her hand resting on her hip. Laughing. Talking much more than she ever had with me and Hana. Her best friends since elementary school.

"Do you see anything?" He asks me. I shake my head. He leans closer to me, which makes me lean away. I didn't want to be any closer than I already have to be.  "They're still talking, I guess."

I grunt. Saruhiko looked over at me, before turning back to his computer. I crossed my legs and stared at the radar as a blue dot pop up onto the screen.

"Munakata has activated his Sword of Damocles. " I informed him, Saruhiko had stood up and pulled down the blinds slightly. " Do you see anything else?"

My eyes roll toward the screen. "No."

Saruhiko looks to me, clicking his tongue, and goes back to his little show. I pulled out my phone and decided to text Hana. I hope she's not upset with me not contacting her, I wonder if Inari has contacted her either.

Judging by the way she's typing. She misses us both, she's glad that we're alright and that Inari is in Sceptor 4. She wanted to meet up soon, let's hope I'm not dragged off to some mission. IT would be nice to spend some sort of time with her.

"Anything now?" I glance up at the screen. Nothing new.

"Nope," I say while filling her in with all of the details. Not the classified stuff, but the talk with Nii-san and my stupid partner Fushimi, who was looking over my shoulder, he was clicking on something through the monitor before me, as I'm texting Hana. His breathing was so loud even when I had headphones on. His hands were so close to mine, that I can feel the warmth of his skin. I took my headphones off, and watched him switch through the radar.

"That's weird." He mutters. I rolled my chair away from him. He must have seen it, because of the smirk he gives me."Nervous, Suoh?"

"I just don't like the fact that you are directly behind me." I  say, before going back to my phone. Texting Hana. Fushimi rolls his eyes, before sitting back down in his own chair.

"You're more uptight than normal," He points out, " Did something happen while you were with your friend?"

"Would it matter?" I retorted. He shakes his head. "Then leave it at that."

"In order for us to even be on the same page, you have to let me in." He says, leaning back in his chair. " Just as Munakata-sama says."

I let out a fake laugh. "You're telling me to open up when you don't even tell me where you're going?! That's rich." He rolls his eyes at me. " Oh wait...You don't have to tell me, I'm not your superior."
