Work was piling up now. Saru left before me, but he told me he was going to wait for me. I smile. It's been nice having him stay over. My bed is warmer thanks to him, and my mornings are brighter. The breakfast in the morning tasted better, and despite our petty arguments; I wouldn't trade these past weeks for anything in the world. But there are times when work takes up a lot of our time, and we haven't spent all that much time together thanks to the Green Clan. I huff and focus more on work. The door clicked open and I furrowed my brow. Saruhiko was coming back, he marches towards the seat next to me and hangs his head in annoyance.

"You got called back?" I ask. He clicks his teeth and taps away at his computer.

"Damiyoji has to fill out a report, and Kuro Yatogami is coming to speak with the captain."

"Ah," I say to myself. "I actually have a mission I have to get ready for."

A ghost of a smile was on his face. He must've read the report. I was to go back to my old high school as an undercover agent and search for any student activity that Jungle is up to after the incident the other day. "I remember that uniform quite clearly." A dirty smirk is on his lips at this point. "It's a shame that I'm not there to see you in it again."

"I'll be sure to try on when we get home," I say,he was grinning now. "I hope I can fit it still."

"You still look the same as last year," He tilts my chin upward. "Except for the glow in your skin, that's pretty new...oh, and the blush that's on your face now."

He smirks at my reaction and let's go of me. "You love teasing me." I sneer, but he gives me a smooch on the lips.

"Only because I love your reactions, my little Tsubaki-chan is so cute when she blushes."

I glare at him, but he cups the side of my face. "What do I have to do to make you smile? The kisses aren't working like I hoped," He says while tickling my side. I jump and slide away. He grins to himself, and I sashay out of his way, only for him to trip me. I fall back into my seat with a yelp, which makes his smirk. God, I hate him sometimes. He was pretending like he didn't attack me.

I clear my throat and went back to work.

After finally finishing my work, I had to get dressed for 'school'. I was skipping down the stairs until jumping off the last step and pacing to Saru and Inari, who has dressed in her uniform also. Saru's eyes scan me up and down. I know that look in his eyes and as I twirl around slowly in my uniform, he stands up and fixes my garter belt while I button my blouse.

"This brings back memories," Inari says with her arms crossed and her hip bumping mine. "It feels weird being out of them for so long."

"It's also weird that we're heading back to the island..."

Inari rubs my shoulders, "I know."

Akiyama clears his throat and sighs. "I will be the one to escort you lovely ladies to the school, so please follow me."

I give Fushimi a quick smooch on his lips and wink at him.

"Do your best," He murmurs before I leave. I nod my head and close the door behind me.

I sit in the back seat of the van with Inari and Akiyama at the front. Inari looks a bit happier that she's with her boyfriend, while Akiyama was trying to focus on the road. They were such a cute couple, it was nice to see her happy and in love. They would talk about a number of random things, and crack jokes, but it was all in good fun.

"Do you think Fushimi-san actually did it?" Akiyama asks. I narrow my eyes. "I mean you've seen him last month with that paper in his hand.."

"I did." Inari mumbles. "But it could be a doctor's note or something. He was gone for a long period of time."
