A\N-  Just so you don't get confused. This chapter shows what all happened from Brandon's point of view when he and the other members (except Dax) meet Kristen at Melrose High.

These are the same stuff that happened in the early chapters of the book.

Brandon's POV

"Do not let her know, in any case, any situation that you guys know her from the beginning and don't let her know about Zen."

"And yes. You don't know me and in the same way, I don't know you. Don't get BFFs with her. She is pretty smart and observant."

"Got it Dax. " I say.

It's our first day at Melrose high and we are the talk of the town.

The whole gang gets swarmed by students. We try to get past the guys and girls asking about us and then I see Kristen coming out of the parking lot. She has her head down and she whizzes past the crowd.

I signal Jordan and he starts following her.

After while when we all got our class schedules and stuff we compare with Kristen's schedule which strangely Daxton had a copy.

His sister sure is dear to him.

We all have some classes with her and that's a good thing.

My phone vibrates and I take it out of my pocket to see a message from Jordan.

Jordan- lost her!

Me- it's okay. Go to class.

I walk past the classes to my Geography class which is the same as Kristen.

I enter the class and search for her. A pair of big brown eyes meet mine.

She's beautiful. But somehow distant.

The only seat available is next to her in the last. I would have preferred somewhere behind her.

I settle down and the class starts. She stays silent throughout the class making notes and scribbling. I forgot to bring a pen so I ask her because she was the nearest to me and had no choice.

At lunch, she sat alone. She barely talks to people and doesn't look sick or anything. She isn't the person with arms like sticks instead of bones. She has a nice body and a great built.

She doesn't talk much to people and sits alone. It doesn't show a lot of expressions but that is beautiful in its own way.

She is like an untouchable pure gem.

What am I thinking? Gem?

I shake off the thought and the rest of the flies by.

The next day I enter the cafeteria and the place where she sits is empty.

And even more so she is sitting with the gang?

What on earth is going on?

I walk furiously towards the table and all the happy chattering and buzzing comes to a halt.

She turns around to face me and I can see those big brown eyes filled with nervousness.

I can't believe Katie invited Kristen to join us at the table. Is she nuts??

Did she even listen to what Daxton said? And what about the others??

In a stupid attempt, I must a very stupid attempt to annoy the girl I say some pretty insulting words.
