The Life of a Lynch

Chapter 1

Rachels POV

We were all sitting in the waiting room at the hospital waiting to hear the news. Right after Kellys water broke Ellington rushed her to the hospital. The rest of us came a couple hours later, because of the wedding reception. I looked over at Ashley holding a sleeping Charlotte in her arms. Riker was with Chealsey and Kelsie had Chase. 

Riker and Ashley had started a family. Ellington and Kelly were on baby number one... I wonder whose next. Would it be Rocky and Blair or would Ross find a girl or Del find a guy and then they start a family. Or maybe Ryland and Kelsie would have surprise for us. I doubt it though, considering Kelsie is still in high school. 

I dont know about Ty and I. Im hoping I finish this last year of school and get through college before we start taking big steps like that. Also because of the fact we just back together. I grabbed on to Tys hand and rested my head on his shoulder, looking up at him with a smile.

There was a crying baby somewhere nearby and we all perked our heads up. "I bet thats him," mom said with a smile. A few seconds later Ellington came around the corner with a now sleeping baby in his arms. "Hey guys,"  he said happier than ever.

Right away Cheryl and walked over to them, George right behind her. "Aw he looks just like you did Ell."

"Yeah," George said with a smile. "Congrats son."

After a couple minutes the rest of us filed up there. Kelsie, Rydel, and I went up together. "He's cute," I said knowing that there was another nephew I was going to be spoiling.

"Whats his name?" Rydel asked, still looking at him.

"Brett James... Brett James Ratliff."

There was a bunch of  "aws" and then dads "thats nice".

"Wait, you didnt name him Rocky Jr.," my brother said trying to sound hurt, which caused us to let out a little laugh. 

"Well that was our third choice," Ellington said. "Right after Mr. Mustache EJ," he looked at Rocky with a goofy smile. "Ok, I think its time we take you back to mom."

When we left the hospital that night everyone went their separate ways. Riker went with Ashley with Charlotte and the twins, Rocky went with Blair, Ross and Rydel went to the apartment they shared, Ryland and Kelsie went home with mom and dad, and Ty took me home.

"Babe?" Ty asked me. We were, holding hands, walking across the parking lot to his car.

"Hmm?" I asked looking up at him. He was looking down staring into my eyes, which gave me goosebumps because it felt like he could see right through me.

"Why dont you stay at my place tonight?" he asked. After Ty graduated, along with Ryland, last year he decided to move out and get his own place. His place isnt far from UCLA which is the college hes attending and isnt that far from Ross and Rydel's place either.

"Yeah. I'd like that," I said with a smile. He was still looking into my eyes. Once I got into the car I texted mom telling her that I wasnt going to be home tonight, so she wouldnt worry that something happened.

"Who ya texting?" Ty asked looking over at my phone as we pulled onto the main road.

"Just my mom," I told him turning off my phone screen. "Eyes on the road," I pointing to the road because he was still looking at me.

He glanced at the road then back at me. "You know you look beautiful tonight."

"Well thanks," I smiled looking at him. We were staring at each other now. "You dont look too bad yourself," I said then playfully hit him on the arm.

Once we go to the apartment Ty went over to his dresser and got a t-shirt out for me to wear. I went into the bathroom to change, taking of my not so comfortable bridesmaid dress. I put on the t-shirt then walked into the bedroom and laid down on my side on the bed.

Not long after Ty came in the room, shut off the light, then laid down beside me. "Night beautiful," he said kissing my forehead.

I smiled in the dark, "Night handsome."

First chapter of the sequel is done!! :) I would have posted it sooner but I didnt get my computer back when I thought I was going to and then when I got it back it wouldnt connect to my internet at home. But the chapters up so yay -Anna
