(A BTS x Reader Fanfic)
Welcome and thank you for deciding to try reading my story. I know that this kind of plot has already been done before, but I just want to try my own version of it. This story will be set around the time of Love Yourself: Her and it is a romance fic. This is also my first story and I'm really nervous about it so if you have anything rude to say you might as well leave now. That being said, I completely accept constructive criticism and feedback so feel free. Also, I'm not a native Korean speaker so my honorifics and stuff may be off. I'm going to try my best based off of stuff I read online but if anyone is comfortable with that stuff and can offer me some help and/or advice, I'd be really grateful! Now, before we begin, here are some things you should know:
• You are born September 8th, 1997 (yes, you are the new maknae. Why? Cuz I felt like it.)
• You have lived the majority of your life in New York, America and later moved to Seoul in your upper teen years.
• You have 3 brothers. Two are older and one is younger.
• You will be a vocalist and a dancer.
• Anything in bold is in English and the rest is Korean unless stated otherwise.
• Again, this story may contain profanity and triggering scenes/thoughts. I'll add warnings for the triggering scenes but if you're not comfortable with them, don't read it.
• I try to make everything I write as original as possible. Anything that may be similar to another work is purely coincidental. I'm sorry ahead of time if it looks like I stole an idea.
• I don't own anything but the plot!!
This story was originally started on my Quotev account, where it was born and raised lol. All chapters until the most recent update are there and eventually, I'll put up all the chapters here if you guys like it. It's pretty different on Wattpad lol so it'll take me some time to get used to the differences. Majority of this story is just copied and pasted from what is on Quotev. Also, I tend to have my crazy moments and usually have really weird notes at the end of every chapter lol. Bear with me I'm sorry.
**Note: My writing has changed and hopefully improved since I first started writing this story. So as you progress the chapters will flow better and become more interesting.**
When I started off, it was a more serious way of writing but as I went on, I became more comfortable. You'll see the difference. Also, this story has a very slow progressing romance. That's just how I think it would be realistic.
