The day went quickly, I packed my suitcases and took some money out of the bank account my parents left me. My aunt didn't even notice I had left. I had to leave Merlin behind with Liam who had came to make sure I was in safe hands, his wife loves dogs so I hoped he would be ok, but there was no way I could take him to America with me. A woman picked me up in a large blacked out Audi, she helped me try to fit my bags in the boot and the backseat, they still didn't fit so I had one on my lap for the drive. We talked about the film as she was the England manager for the company and was in the area so agreed to pick me up. She told me about who else was in the film especially Thomas who is playing my brother as he's my temporary guardian, he's also from England. Apparently we looked so similar that it didn't matter that we were eight years apart in age. Eventually we got to the airport and I waved goodbye as I walked in. He should be holding a sign with my name on it, but it was really busy so I couldn't really see anyone. I craned my neck up and saw a flash of blonde hair to my right. I wandered over and found myself staring at what looked like an older, male version of me. He was holding my name. "Well you must be Faye! I'm Thomas." He walked over and held out his hand. "How..?" I started. "You look just like a younger version of me, it couldn't be anyone else. Plus I haven't seen anyone going on holiday with this much luggage before." He smiled and I noticed his ears went up slightly as he did. "Yeah, of course, sorry. Umm should umm go through?" He laughed at my complete inability to make a full sentence and walked off still carrying one of my bags and three of his own.
We got through security with only one incident where the passport inspector was adamant that we were siblings and was very confused that we had different surnames, but other than that it was fine. We checked our bags in and still had an hour before our flight so stopped off for some lunch before flying. I wanted to get a sandwich, but Thomas was adamant that I had to try this place called yo sushi. So I found myself sitting in a restaurant with a conveyor belt going round me in all directions carrying delicious looking food. "So what acting have you done before?" He starts the conversation just when I have a huge roll of sushi in my mouth. Laughing as I try to speak, but end up chucking rice everywhere he waits for me to finish. "Not much, I was in a tv programme as a guest star once, but that was a few years ago. The only other thing was a film called the space between us, I really enjoyed filming that. How about you?" He looks down at his food while trying to work out what to say. "I've been in a few films, and one or two tv programmes. I really enjoyed acting when I was little and I decided to carry on as a full time job." "Wow, that's amazing!" I look at him in awe, then realise I recognise him, from somewhere. "Were you in that film about the roman army and the emperor?" "Do you mean the last legion?" "Yeah that one, I really enjoyed that." "That's really interesting because most people don't know me from that, especially not people your age." When we finished he was a real gentleman and payed for me as he was technically looking after me and in his words 'couldn't let me starve.'
As we got on the plane I noticed that we had boarded at the front and not the back like I usually do. Walking down to our seats I noticed that we were in first class! I squealed and almost jumped for joy when we reached our seats, this couldn't be happening, I couldn't be flying first class with a full on movie star. This was like a dream come true!
I hope you enjoyed this, please vote and comment it really helps.
