Time makes us selfish.
We sit and laugh at the wind.
We cry waisting precious time.
When will we learn,
That all of these little breathes are counted?
The scariest thing of all is we don't know when they end.
It's not like it's some uniformed thing through every person.
We don't give a damn about a child that's got almost everything,
compared to a child that has nothing.
Do we truly understand what we're doing?
I don't think we do.
We all have our own battles.
They might seem different to outsiders,
but to the individual they're the same.
We ignore them which then leaves them suffering with abandonment.
That costs time.
You can't go back and make up for it.
You chose to be selfish and treat the less fortunate better.
Remember that,
when you're sipping on your pathetic pint.
You'll just be waisting more precious time.
