Warnings: SFW || kissing, mentions of sex, cursing.

I loved this request so much awe. I'm assuming it's a fluff request because this doesn't say smut. I hope that's okay. If you wanted smut, please let me know and I can figure out a way to either do a part two, or a blurb about it. But when it comes to part twos, I try to wait until I have a few messages about it. Anyway, enjoy my darlings. xx

"I'm telling you, just let go. He wasn't worth it." Your friend, Lyla, stated. You were walking the mall with her and talking about your recent breakup. Well, not really recent anymore. It had been two weeks.

"I know I know, I'm glad it happened, but it I'm also glad it's over. Remember? I dumped him, but still... It was nice to cuddle and get laid once in a while." You shrugged. Lyla laughed out loud and nodded, looking at you.

"So you admit to only being with him for sex and cuddles?"

You couldn't help the giggle that erupted from your mouth. "Okay, when you put it like that, it sounds bad. I was with him for more than that. But they were some pretty good plusses." You shrugged and sipped the soda you had bought at the food court. As you were walking past 'Hot Topic' you felt your shoulder run into something, or rather, someone. Thankfully, you didn't spill your drink on them, or on yourself. "Oh fuck. I'm so sorry." You immediately started to apologize. "I didn't even think to look and see if someone was exiting. I'm sorry." You gushed, glancing to see who you had bumped.

The guy was beautiful. He had the most luscious dark hair you've ever seen, styled up like a damn movie star. His eyes were dark and mysterious, yet at the same time they were so inviting. Like you'd seen them before, but you were positive that you hadn't. You would have remembered those eyes. His jawline was sharp enough to cut cake and you felt your heart skip a beat. You were positive that this was honest to God, love at first sight.

"It's no problem. No harm, no foul. No bruise." He added with a slight laugh. His laugh was like angels from heaven above. It caused a smile to spread across your own lips as he brushed off the sleeve of his shirt. "Are you okay there?" He asked, his eyes fixating on your face as if he was studying you. It was like he recognized you, but couldn't think of where from. However you knew it couldn't be. He had to have you confused with someone else.

"Y/N?" Lyla asked after a few seconds of awkward silence when you didn't answer his question. You blinked back to reality at the mention of your name and nodded.

"Yeah, yeah. I'm okay. Sorry again." you blushed.

"Y/N? Oh my God not Y/Full/N." He laughed, the smile he had growing at least double in size.

Immediately your eyebrow rose in confusion. Perhaps you had met this guy before. But your question was where the hell from. "Yeah, that's me. I don't mean to sound rude, but have we met before?" You queried, feeling more out of place than before. He nodded and placed a hand on his chest as if introducing himself. Needless to say, a moment later when he did, you weren't shocked.

"Brendon? Brendon Urie. We went to high school together. We were lab partners in Chemistry sophomore year."

"I'm sorry, I can't say I remember... Are you positive?"

"Yeah. I am." The look that slowly crawled up his face showed you immediately that he was slightly hurt that you didn't remember him and you honestly felt bad for not remembering, but how were you suppose to know? You vaguely remembered a Brendon, but he was a lanky guy with an emo haircut and glasses. Along with a lot of weird interests that confused everyone. This guy in front of you looked like a God. There was no way he could be the same guy. "Uh, You use to wear a necklace. Black cord, with a piece of metal that held a blue rock. You said it was important to you but never told anyone why..."

Immediately, your hand went up to your neck. You had the necklace on, cause like he said, you wore it every day. But your turtleneck sweater covered it.

Lyla sent you a glance, that you knew all too well. "Y/N?" You tugged the shirt's collar down just enough to expose the cord of the necklace and pull it out to see. "Oh my God."

"H-How did you remember that?"

"Who doesn't remember little quirks about their high school crush?" He shrugged and rubbed the back of his neck. You almost didn't catch what he had said because he started talking again so quickly. "I can't believe it's you. After all this time, I never thought I'd see you again. Are you seeing anyone?"

"No, she actually just became single a few weeks ago." Lyla stated with a smile. Her words caused Brendon's own lips to kink back up into a smile, and a dark red blush to creep onto your cheeks.

"Is that so? Well Y/N, if it's not too much trouble, I'd really like to hang out with you sometime. Just us. I've wanted to since high school but never had the guts to ask."

"Well, Brendon. I'd like to hang out. And you never know... Something may happen. High school crushes have a weird way of making sparks fly." You smiled and offered to put your phone number in his cell, which he gladly accepted, doing the same to yours. As you and Lyla walked away, you glanced back over your shoulder and winked at Brendon before heading into another store and leaving him to go about his business.
