Alice POV

My eyes widened as I took in the flyer Dis was holding in front of my face. Dis knew that I loved to sing and I could also play the electric and acoustic guitar and the piano/keyboard and someday we wanted to have a band of our own and send a message out there like BVB, BOTDF and Falling In Reverse. The gears in my head started to turn, realizing what Dis was telling me, enter the competition and if I win, just maybe we can work on getting a band formed. I snatched the flyer out of her hand and put it in my purse as she turned to pay for her stuff.

Disarray POV

I smiled when my back was turned to Ali, she better enter that damn competition! She can really sing. After we walked out of Hot Topic and were just walking around I looked over at Kayden. Him, Skyler and Alice were laughing at some sexual joke that Skyler had cracked. Kyler was walking infront of Skyler and Alice.Kayden was so hot. The way his hair fell over his eyes and the way he smiled made me smile also.

"Oh, theres this girl I like." Kayden said, my ears automatically perked up, I saw Alice glance at me with a small smile.

"Oh yea. Who?" Sky asked as we walked to the vedning machines by the main doors, I pulled out 2 dollars and put them in the machine. I hit the selection for a Mountain Dew, and grabbed it from machine. I was just taking a drink when Kayden answered,

"Her name is Andrea." I heard Kayden smile. What! I gasped for air and I choked on the soda, making me instantly cough. I doubled over, coughing.

"Dis! You ok?" Alice asked, hitting my back. I finally stopped coughing and I straightened up.

I looked directly in Kaydens eyes, letting the hurt show, "Honestly, no, im not. Ill meet you back at the lake house Alice."

I grabbed my bag and my drink and turned around from the group. I heard Kayden calling my name but I ignored him. When I got out of the mall I let the tears fall from my eyeliner covered eyes. Of course he liked her! Everyone likes her! I got into my car. Alice and I drove in different cars because I had to run home to get clothes for the weekend.

I didnt clear the tears from my cheeks, I just blinked away the ones in my eyes. I looked into the mirror and saw that my eyeliner had ran terribly from crying. I shrugged, unlike my sister and...Andrea, I didnt scream when I wasnt perfect. No one is perfect.

I pulled out of the parking spot and weaved through the huge parking lot. I groaned quietly in the silence and I hit the CD selection.

BOTDF poured out of my speakers and I quickly switched it so Candyland was playing. I had to stop outside the front doors for people crossing, and because God has a way of punishing me, Alice, Skyler and Kayden walked out. Alice hooted when she heard my music and I looked over. They-of course- saw my eyeliner stained cheeks and Kayden started to walk over, but I pulled away before he could utter a word. He acted like he liked me, but he only likes Andrea.

When him and Skyler would sit with us at lunch he would always be so nice and welcoming and he would flirt.

Im stupid for thinking that anyone could ever like me. I shook away the new tears and put a wall over myself, just temporarily. I let myself turn expressionless and knew that when I got back to the house I would probably cut, to make myself feel pain, to let myself drown out the mental pain and focus on the physical. I couldn't even smile at the people shooting me terrible looks for the music that was blaring out of my car.
