The Grimm(Scary Story)

Supper was done and over with rather early this time, so all the kids gathered in the family room and I put Halloweentown in for them to watch while us adults played cards for a few hours. Klayton was unusually clingy to me during the game I wasn't sure if he didn't let his liquor get to his head, or if he was trying to press Criss's buttons, but whatever his reasons, it was working because everyone began to see smoke coming from Criss's ears and fire embers coming from his eyes.

But as soon as he tried copping a feel I looked at him and asked him what his deal was! And that I didn't like or approve of how he was behaving at all. Criss stood up and added that it was really pudding him off too. Klayton jumped out of his chair and got right in Criss's face and begged him to try to do something to stop him.

I pushed them away from each other and told Klayton that this was not happening tonight! Then I pointed at the doorway and told him that Johnny was watching his favorite uncle starting shit with his dad, and it wasn't right. Klayton put his head down and lowered his gaze and apologized to me for letting the booze get to him, then he went over to Johnny and knelt down and apologized to him for being a horse's hind side.

Criss sat back down and picked up his cards again, then as soon as Johnny went back to the other room I sat back down and asked Klayton to sit back down and finish playing the game with me. Klayton stood still and said that he should just go before he caused any more trouble. Tommy leaned back still laughing on the inside and told Klayton to sit back down and that there was no harm done, even though he would've loved to see him beat the sense outta Criss.

Klayton sat back down, and I told Tommy not to provoke any more shit, and to leave Criss alone because even though Criss couldn't kick Klayton's ass, he could kick pretty much everyone else's ass including Tommy's. Klayton stayed quiet for the rest of the game then as soon as the game ended and most of our family went to put the kids to bed then themselves, Klayton went over to Criss and apologized to him and that he had a moment of weakness and extreme jealousy over me.

Criss smacked Klayton playfully over the head and told him it was ok, then added as long as he didn't pull that shit again, and that he really needed to leave me alone because I was his girl. Klayton said he would try to at least for a while. I came into the room carrying three bowls of ice cream and sat down in between my two favorite men and asked if the heavy was over with now because it was making my blood run cold.

Klayton purely out of spite grabbed me and rammed his tongue down my throat and said abso-fuckin-lutely! Criss just gave him his famous are u kidding me look and asked me if it was ok if he tossed his crazy ass out now. I jokingly went to the door and told him to toss away, and I'd get the door.

Klayton looked at me a lil hurt and said really!? But when I opened the door I was instantly in a shocking bear hug, and yet another tongue rammed down my throat, I stepped back and slapped the shit out of Sully as I told him he scared the hell outta me!

Sandy pushed her way passed her hubby and gave me a hug as she complimented me on the nice bitch slap I gave Sully. I looked at Sandy as I asked where lil Skylar was. Sully pulled me out the door and pointed to the back seat of their car and said comically good luck getting her out because she was scared of all the Halloween decorations and monsters we had set out.

I looked at Skylar in the vehicle as I stated that I thought she loved Halloween, Sully gave a sigh as he said she did until three days ago. I quickly asked him what happened, Sandy interrupted and said that after three teens promised to take care of her, scared the hell outta her then after taking all of her candy, they left her in the high school's haunted house all alone and in the dark with all the scary sounds and decorations, and it left her traumatized from being stuck in there for hours before Sully found her and carried her out.

I went to the car and hopped in and just talked with her for a while assuring her that it was all ok and I wouldn't let anything happen to her, and none of it was real. Skylar slowly leaned out of her booster seat and looked out the door, then slowly crawled in my lap so I could bring her out.

Sully was impressed that I got her out of the car, I carried her up to each of the Halloween decorations and gave them a punch to show her they were just big balloons, then I carried her into the house for even though she didn't show it she was very sleepy for it was way past tiny tots sleepy time.

Sandy took her from me as I showed them to Johnny's room so she could put Skylar in with the rest of the sleeping kids, then I took them to their room. After everyone said their good nights I made a beeline to our bedroom and crawled under Criss's arm and was sound asleep almost instantly. Criss chuckled lightly in his half sleep state and kissed my neck then snuggled up to me and went back to his deep and sound sleep.
