The Grimm(Scary Story)

The Grimm~*19*

None of us hesitated, we all raced toward the unknown door that had strange lights seeping around the door jam, for we were all desperate on getting our kids back. Ethan and Kim both stayed behind becoming very hesitant on wanting to get any closer to the door. They both wanted their lil Emily back, but their self-preservation instinct was getting the best of them, and for the fact that they both were cowards didn't make it easier on them. Rachel was scared to death on going any further, but as long as her hubby Kevin was there with her, she got strength from him to keep going for their lil girl Hayley.

I didn't have to worry about my brother Tommy, because I knew he would travel thru hell to get his two boys back, Abby, she was tough on the outside but was quite a chicken shit on the inside, she was moreless on agreeing on terms with Ethan and Kim, her self preservation was taking over her as well. Lynn was in too much grief to be coherent, it was like she was a zombie Costa and JD was bound and determined to get their kids back no matter what, Costa was quite calm and collected on the outside but deep with worry on the inside. As for Sully, Klayton, and Criss they were not afraid of anything but the chance of losing their kids, and they were all sharing the same feeling of being in a state of pissed off like they never been in before, at the entity that was low enough to feed and attack helpless children.

I strangely made it to the door first and without hesitating, I reached for the doorknob and slowly turned and pushed the door open. Only to be struck down by a very strong force, it was the ugly dark bent neck lady that was in Johnny's nightmares all the time, she was staring down at me with ugly eyes and half-rotted teeth stained yellow and black. Unnerving moans, groans, and crackling sounds were coming from her. No matter how scared I felt I stood back up after she threw me down and very boldly told her I wasn't leaving until I got our kids back. After being hurled back against the far wall several times, Criss and Sully finally made it to me and helped me up. Blood was pouring from the side of my head and nose from the brutal pounding I received, but I was determined so I walked right back to the door again. Criss and Sully followed me and we all got hurled back. 

Klayton followed his two kids to where the door was and he watched a few times as the evil entity tossed his friends to the far wall, then he approached it from the back side along with his two kids holding onto his hands on each side of him as soon as the bent neck lady saw him approach she attacked him and tried to push him back but she couldn't budge him. Klayton didn't understand it at first, but then he looked down at his kids as they smiled up at him, they were actually protecting him from physical harm. 

Criss, Sully, and I were all physically drained from the severe thrashing the evil entity gave us, but we all watched as it acted a bit confused to why its power wasn't effecting Klayton at all. Elise finally got up enough courage to meet up with us at the door and watched along with us. Tommy was on the other side of me now asking if I was alright before he tried his luck in getting inside the door, but that didn't go over very well for he landed on his ass right beside Criss and me.

Klayton and his two kids walked closer to the door and the bent neck lady that was now making all sorts of noises out of anger, but no matter what she tried she couldn't hurt Klayton for his kids protecting him. Klayton slowly walked right around her and made it to the door and easily walked into the room, where he saw all the kids curled up together up against the far wall scared as hell but ok except for Johnny, he was white as a sheet and laying in the center of the room unconscious. Klayton ran over to the kids and checked them all over real good first, then he told them all to stay close to him and he'd get them out safely as he looked at his kids and asked them to keep the kids safe instead of him.

Klayton got the kids securely out of the room and Tommy and Sully took them down to the rest of the group and told them to take the kids out of the house until it was all over so they couldn't be taken again. Now all that was in the house was Criss, Klayton, Elise, myself Johnny, and the evil entity. Klayton told Criss that he tried to move Johnny, but it was like he was attached to the floor with concrete, and he was out cold and white as a sheet. Elise told us all that the entity was almost done taking  Johnny's life force and soon it would consume him taking over his body as it's living vessel. Criss jumped up and attacked the bent neck lady telling us all that there was no way in hell he was going to let that fucking thing kill his son!

After the kids were removed from the house, however, it somehow magically set all the ghostly kids free from their entrapment, so now Klayton's two kids no longer had the ability to protect him but they refused to leave to the other side until they knew their daddy was safely out of the house too. It was then after his fourth blow from the entity that Klayton saw something that he would've never expected to see, around the neck of the bent neck lady was a necklace with a ring attached to it, Klayton looked up into her cold and darkened eyes and his heart burst into tears as he found out the truth behind the evil entity itself.
