Forceful love

Xander's P.O.V 3

(Flash forward to high school)

High school was a huge difference than any other school year I've had so far. Sure, I had a few more friends than last year but it just wasn't the same without Sebastian. To be honest, I felt really guilty for everything that happened between us. Plus, I don't know who started these rumors, though I have a pretty good hunch. It's only the first day of school and I'm already getting picked on by the alphas that went to the same middle school as me. I just wish that things didn't turn out the way they did. I sighed at the thought as I walked to class with Drew. He gave me a confused look.
"What's up Spot? Nervous?" He asked with a playful laugh while giving me a light punch on the side of my arm. I replied with a weaker nervous laugh as I averted my gaze.
"Um......yah.......you could say that." I said as I rubbed my arm. His expression changed to concern as we arrived at our classroom.
"Is this about that jerk again? Who cares about him? Heck! We probably won't see him after that stunt he pulled last year!" Drew stated defensively as we took our seats. Setting our stuff down beside our desks.
"I-I know but, sometimes I think that things could've ended up differently if only I had told him about everything beforehand." I sighed as I looked out the window. Drew shrugged and turned to face forward in his seat.
"Who knows." Was his response. I looked over at him to see his eyes widen a bit as a girl with short,  light pink hair and golden eyes walked through the door. He quickly leaned over to whisper into my ear.
"Hey! Hey! There are some really cute girls this year! That one over there is Marry May!" He exclaimed with excitement as he pointed towards this girl named Marry. She noticed us and waved our direction with a smile. Drew's face turned beat red as he gave a small wave back. Making her giggle as she too, took her seat.
"My goddess laughed at me and waved to me!" Drew early states. He was smiling the rest of the time in class. Anyone could easily tell he was instantly smitten with her. Once the bell signaled the end of class. He immediately ran over to Marry and walked with her to lunch. I on the other hand, wandered aimlessly through the hallways until I spotted a familiar person.
"Sebastian?" I unconsciously called out to the blonde. He looked over at me as he closed his locker door.
"Long time no see." He greeted with slight annoyance in his voice as he breathed a big sigh. Now that I was here, I didn't know what to say.
"If you don't have anything to say then I'll be taking my leave first Freeman." He declares as he turns to leave.
"W-Wait!" I suddenly cry out as I grabbed the sleeve of his uniform. He immediately jerked his arm away and faced me.
"What the hell do you want from me?! You have no reason whatsoever to ever come close to me again. If you continue to do this then I might just end up hurting you worse than I already have." He reminded me sternly as I stared at the floor. His words and others, echoed through my mind.
'I know this but, I need to make things right.' I thought as I looked up at Sebastian. Locking eyes as I held back my emotions.
"Look. I-I just.....I just wanted to say I'm sorry for everything. I should've told you everything first to avoid any misunderstandings but I didn't. I never wanted to worry you over my problems. The thing that I'm most sorry about, is lying to you because I remembered that promise we made back in elementary school. I just needed to cut ties as friends for your sake. You deserve someone better than an Omega like me." I rambled on before realizing what I had mentioned. I saw that when Sebastian's expression changed to utter shock.
"Say that again. The part about our promise. You said that you actually remembered it but lied to me in order to cut ties?" He asked me with an irritated look. I looked away and nodded a reply.
"Do you know how much suffering you caused me by doing that?!" Sebastian yelled as he took a step towards me. I went to take a step back as he pushed me lightly with both hands.
"Your sick!" He screamed as I fell to the floor. Landing on my right arm with all my weight. I heard what sounded like a branch snapping off a tree as I suddenly started crying. My entire arm went numb as Sebastian looked back at me with a fearful look. Drew and Marry were walking down the hallway when this happened and rushed over to my side. Pain started to kick in as I realized that I had broken my arm.
"Xander!" Drew yelled as he tried to help me up. Making sure not to touch my arm or lift me up. Sebastian just stood there with a conflicted and pained look on his features.
"What the hell are you still standing there for?! Get your ass out of here before we call the police on you for assaulting him!" Drew threatened him with a low growl.
"There a misunderstanding he-"
"Don't even think about trying to justify yourself Sebastian! This one has been through hell and back because of you! You were never there when he need you most and now your hurting him because he didn't remember that promise you guys made when you were five! Grow up!" Drew lectures him as Marry rushes me to the infirmary. Drew stayed with Sebastian in the hallway to keep him from following me.

I guess he really does hate me after all........
