He was furious, stomping down towards the Cooper house. He had never been this angry before at least at anyone he loved.

He pushed all those soft thoughts aside as he propped up the ladder and started climbing. He flung open the window and Betty jumped from where she was packing. He climbed in stomping his feet on the ground he walked up to her.

"How?" He asked furiously, the steam coming out of his ears. "How in the hell can you do this to me?" He shot before she could answer, "You're just leaving?" He flung his hands up in the air while Betty stood there, her eyes glued to him. His hands came down with such a force it could have broken his sides. "I gave you so much of my love and you just leave?" He stomped, frustrated at how she wouldn't answer him. "Answer me." Jughead shot at her.
"I don't want to go Jug, I have to I'm sorry." She took a step closer but he took another back. She reached her hands out to him, but he declined.
"No, you're not sorry, you want to leave me!" Jughead shouted, normally when he saw Betty like this he would hug her and whisper sweet things but this wasn't their world anymore.
"I am, juggie!" Her voice cracked.
"Don't call me that." he saw the pain in her eyes that soon washed over her whole body and didn't feel a thing. "I don't love you anymore so you can leave and not look back, just go." Jughead was about to crawl back down but Betty pulled him back towards her by the back of his collar.
"You don't love me anymore?" Betty stood there, hands at her side clenched and he knew she was breaking skin but he didn't stop her. Jughead stood silent and slowly shook his head. "What made you stop?"

"Wh-," Betty tried to catch breath, "wha-." The blonde fell onto her knees. On the floor she cried, with Jughead still watching. Looking up at him she clung onto his legs and weeped, "please tell me your lying, please!" She sobbed her cheek pressed against his thigh.

His heart called out as it broke but he pushed it aside as he walked towards the window. "If I told you that what I said wasn't true, I'd be lying." The blonde grasped for a last breath of air before she sobbed once again.
"P- please don't leave me," she called out. "I l- love you!" Betty sobbed while she supported herself on her shins, her hands covering her red eyes. "I- I'll love you forever, I won't leave at all but as long as you don't leave me." The girl tried to pick up her shattered heart but failed.

"Goodbye." He climbed out of the window but before leaving he looked at her one last time, it's like her life drained out of her in seconds, her puffy eyes glued to the ground, her cheeks glistening as well as her hands that had salty tears stinging the fresh cuts. He didn't care.

His heart finally got his attention, like it was saying that it stayed with her, lived in her, loving her heart. He left his heart with hers. He retreat from the window and sink to his knees infront of her. She ignored him, her mouth parted. Looking down at her hands he laced his fingers through hers, letting the fresh blood smear on his.
"I love you," She whispered, "but I shouldn't." Her mouth closed and her eyes fixed on his, "You don't love me?" She asked again, Jughead nodded.
"I love you, I was mad betts, please forgive me." She stayed quiet.
