The Prince of Lies [Loki Fanfiction][Reboot of Fire and Frost]

Part 2, Chapter 4: The End

I watched as loki was restrained by thor and natasha, his face emotionless, everything he had worked for fell through again, i felt two arms grab me and i looked over and saw tony and clint helping me up. I looked down as tony restrained me, clint grabbed my arm and held me as tony fastened a muzzle on me and i watched as natasha did the same with loki. I winced at the pain comming from my side and i looked down to see the wound i had forgotten about, blood had covered my side and down my leg, clint noticed and pulled the tip of the arrow out and i screamed through the muzzle, tears threatening to fall from my eyes. "shh..." i heard clint say gentily as he stopped the bleeding and bandaged the wound i looked at him confused and he smiled, "your still my sister.......and im still your brother... i'll always take care of you even if you tried to kill me.....". I looked away from him and when he finished loki and i were transported to a holding cell till thor was ready to take us to asgard for our judgement by odin. They had temporarily removed our muzzles and they hung from our necks, i looked at loki who had said nothing since he was restrained. "loki..." i whispered, his eyes stayed firmly planted to the ground,  i felt tears fall from my eyes as i turned from him, i felt as if he hated me because i had failed him. 

"you didn't fail me i saw you fight....you fought for me but..i........i failed you......i wanted to conquor this realm so that we may have our own place where we are not bound by others......but others bound by us....and us alone......" he said solemnly. I got on my knees infront of him since my arms were bound i could not lift his face to look at me, i looked into his dim green eyes as they met my golden ones. "you did not fail me....... your here now aren't you.....the only way you could ever fail me is leaving my side......" i smiled at him and saw a tear escape his eye, "sediment....." he whispered as he realized the tear escaping, i brought my face to his and kissed him as if it were the last time i would be able to. "i love you loki......."  i cried as i back away from him, "i...lo-" he was cut off by the door to the cell being opened, thor walked in and looked at us his gaze softened by seeing my tears. "it is time my brother and sister......." he said as he helped me up, from the floor. Steve walked in and came up to me, "excuse me miss....." he said while puting my muzzle back over my mouth then over loki's. We walked out and into the street outside of S.H.I.E.L.D HQ, i saw clint with natasha, tony, and bruce holding the tessaract in a tube like container with two handles, thor took it from bruce and held it firmly. "thank you my friends....and i you shall ever need me...call for me....i will be of assistance any time......", he turned to us, clint unlocked our restraints and thor looked to loki and i, "ready.....?" , loki put and arm around me and one on the other handle of the tessaract container and twisted it. I felt a jolt of engery consume me and i knew we were in the portal being taken back to Asgard.
