I ran on the treadmill at the gym, my trainer had me on this thing for about 20 minutes. I got to keep pushing.

"Aye Mike I'm step out real quick to make a call." Mitch said. I nodded and kept running. Running keeps my mind off of things and helps me relax, me and Rea haven't talked in 4 days, and I know I messed up, but I know she deserves better, maybe Keith is who she belongs with. I stepped off the treadmill after and took a sip of my water, I poured some down my face after I took my compression breathing mask off then I grabbed my towel and wiped my face. I pressed the face towel on my face and took a breath. I removed the mask and standing in front of me was Reagan with a soft smile.

"Hi Michael." She said and I was shocked she was even here. I smiled and then dropped it remembering all the things I said to her.

"Hi Reagan." I said and then she unexpectedly hugged me and I wrapped my arms around her and held her. I held her tightly to let her know that I love her and I'm not letting her go. She pulled away tucked her lips in the released them.

"Michael, I know you're my soulmate, it's no doubt in my mind, but...We need therapy." She said letting out a defeated breath. "We need to talk things out and really get to a healthy point with us." She added.

"Reagan I'll do anything to be with you and to make you happy. And...I agree, we need some therapy, I am so sorry for all that I have done, and telling you that the miscarriage was your fault was way out of line, you deserve a man who loves you, who doesn't disrespect you, and treats you like the amazing woman you are. I don't think I could ever say sorry enough about all that I've done, but I will show you I can be the man you deserve." I said holding her hands.

"Thank you Michael." She said with a sound of hope in her voice.

"Can you please come back home?" I asked.

"I want us to have a space to really work this out Mike, I'm getting an apartment, and Vee and Lois are coming to stay the summer, so three months for us to work this out before I move into a one bedroom apartment, and then we can continue to try and work this out." She said.

"What if we get somewhere is three?" I asked.

"I move back in, and we keep going through therapy." She said.

"Can you stay with me? Right now?" I asked and she smiled.

"I have to go get them from the airport." She said.

"What about we." I said before she cut me off.

"I got us an appointment for tomorrow at 3, but if you can't make it because it's so last minute that's okay." She said smiling and dropping it real quick.
