Chapter Twenty-One

Kyungsoo had made himself comfortable by sprawling out on his back across the length of Baekhyun's bed, he was chewing on Twizzler's again and using them to punctuate his sentences.

"So you're really going on a date with....Chanyeol, this time? What happened to Sehun, Baekyun? I thought you were starting to like him?"

"I do like him, but I like him differently than I like Chanyeol," Baekhyun replied.

Kyungsoo sighed and rubbed his head as he mumbled, "Gosh, why is talking to you so exhausting?"

Baekhyun frowned and kicked Kyungsoo's foot, that was hanging over the edge of the bed. "Ow!" Kyungsoo cried.

"Well, you deserved that for being so mean!"

Kyungsoo huffed. "Don't make me hit you, because you know I will, pregnant or not."

Baekhyun pursed his lips and stuck out his tongue, before turning away as he walked into the bathroom with his outfit. For his date with Chanyeol, Baekhyun had managed to find a nice silk, long sleeved button-up shirt, that he paired with dark blue denim jeans. His wardrobe was pretty limited, and consisted of mainly sweatshirts, but he was happy enough with his outfit and hoped Chanyeol liked it too.

He styled his hair and put on as little make-up as possible, and then once he was satisfied, he went back into his bedroom and got greeted with whistling courteous of Kyungsoo. Baekhyun laughed and cried, "Kyungsoo, shut up!"

Kyungsoo laughed too and teased, "If you weren't already pregnant, I'd tell you to pack protection."

Baekhyun gasped. "Shut . . . up!" He punched Kyungsoo's shoulder after each word, and huffed before he continued by saying, "And I'm not going to sleep with him, the first time was just an amazing mistake."

"Uh-huh, keep telling yourself that, but you are sooo getting laid tonight," he teased.

Baekhyun pursed his lips before smacking a pillow over his head, and laughed before hurriedly escaping the room before Kyungsoo could smack him back and mess up his hair and make-up. "You're such a little shit!" Kyungsoo yelled from the bedroom as Baekhyun quickly put on his coat and shoes, and grabbed his keys before calling, "Lock the door before you leave! Bye, Soo!" And then he closed the door behind himself before getting into his car and driving to his date with Chanyeol.

Chanyeol didn't want to say he was avoiding Sehun, but ever since Baekhyun asked him out on their date he had been avoiding his best friend. But since things were weird between them after the possibility of either one of being the father to Baekhyun's baby, got out, Sehun hadn't been able to so much as look at Chanyeol.

Chanyeol felt guilty for hurting Sehun, and messing up whatever he had messed up, but he would never take the chance to redo that night over again. He was happy with the possible results, although he knew how much responsibility a baby was, he didn't care and he prayed every second of the day that the little life growing inside of Baekhyun was his child too.

Chanyeol would gladly give up everything for Baekhyun and that unborn little bean.
