Sunday starts our self care week here at SGC.

There will be an abundance of self care tips posted on the mb, and in this book next week.

Here are a few soul care tips I found online and i also added a few of my own!

1.Write reflections of the week, month, or even year in your journal.

2.Write someone a thank you note.

3.Pray.

4.Meditate.

5. Write yourself a letter, with the words you need to hear and loving affirmations to yourself.

6. Cuddle with a pet.No pets? Visit the humane society and play with a few.

7.Reach out to a friend or loved one.

8. Write down a list of things you’re thankful for.

9. Choose an inspirational quote or verse and stick it on your bathroom mirror for a week.

10. Forgive someone; address a conflict that’s been bothering you.

11. Go to counseling.

12. Attend a support group.

13. Attend a church service or small group.

14.Unplug for an entire day.

15.Donate your stuff or volunteer time at a local charity.

16. Listen to positive, worship, and/or uplifting music.

17. Read encouraging bible verses

18. Write a list of positive things about yourself.
