While I am craving a certain food, it's hard to control myself. I would do anything to eat a whole bag of chips and eat a dozen donuts. I end up eating so much that I feel sick and that's not good.

So, here's a chart that has definitely helped me satisfy my cravings in a healthier way besides eating everything in my sight.
