Emily's POV
I pull into the parking lot of the BAU, finding that JJ is waiting for me. I park before grabbing my bag and my coffee and getting out. I walk over to where she's standing. "You didn't have to wait for me" I say and she smiles "I've been waiting for you since the day we met, why break tradition now?" She asks and shrug as we keep walking. We walk slowly, talking back and forth since we're still technically early. We reach the elevator, where Alex and Reid are already waiting. "Hey guys!" JJ says, catching their attention. They smile at us "Hi" They say simultaneously. I smile before letting myself get lost in thought. I'm kinda hoping that we get a case so I don't have to go home for a while. I follow JJ, Reid, and Alex into the bullpen, each of us going to our own desks. I sit down at my desk, looking around to see that Derek is already at his desk, and Hotch and Rossi are in their offices. I lean back in my chair, closing my eyes. Everything hurts, but I don't make a sound. If anybody finds out about what Liam does to me, he'll hurt them too, and if anything happened to them, I'd never be able to forgive myself. I'm brought back to the real world when Alex take me on the shoulder. "You okay Em? I've been trying to get your attention for almost three minutes" She says and I can hear the worry in her voice "I'm fine, what's up?" I ask "We need to head to the briefing room, JJ's got a case for us" I nod before standing up, I grab the stuff I need before following Alex.
