-Next Night-

Erika's pov- it's currently 3:30pm and I have to open and close the bar today. I always work from 4pm-2am since my uncle only trust me, of course he trusts max and Charlie but it's not the same if that makes sense. It's Friday and the bar from across is still closed for reconstruction, so the usual's come to our bar but they are so rude and aggressive, Charlie had to kick out three yesterday for trying to get in my pants. I just pulled up to my parking spot when my Uncle called me to hurry since he had to leave.

Uncle Jim- hey sweetie sorry I'm in a hurry it's just your aunt betty needs me, I think Charlie is coming in today because max is on his vacation with his girlfriend.

Rik- alright, sounds good. (Uncle Jim left)

n/a pov- Erika had been cleaning up the bar for about an hour when Charlie texted her, he couldn't make it tonight

Charlie's Text- hey Rik, I'm sorry but I think I have a stomach virus so I can't make it tonight but if you have any problems call me and I'll be there in 5mins. I'm sorry again.

Rik's Text- it's okay Charlie, get better soon ily

Charlie Text- ilyt Rik

Erika- so it's just you and me tonight (she said to the beer)

??- well what about me

Erika- oh sorry I thought I was alone, what can I get you

??- I'm Jake and I'll have a beer please

Erika- alright (hands him a cold beer)

Jake- thanks, so you're here alone

Erika- yea but it looks like a slow night

Jake- seems like you spoke to soon

Erika- shit (underneath her breathe)

Guy 1- hey beautiful, I want my usual

Rik- it's Erika and coming right up (she handed him scotch on the rocks)

Guy 1- thank you beautiful

Rik just rolled her eyes and went to the other side of the bar to take some orders and when she was done, she went back to Jake's side of bar

Jake- hey um I don't want to bother you but can I get another beer

Rik- yea of course (hands him a cold beer and smiles)
