Servings: 6Ingredient:
•4 medium sized potato, diced and deep fried.
•1 tbsp fresh garlic paste,
•2 tbsp freshly grounded coriander spice
•2 tbsp chili sauce/paste
•1 tsp salt
•30g Olive oil
•Freshly chopped Coriander/Parsley herb for garnish.Method:
On a medium heat, add Olive oil to a frying pan and add in the garlic, ground coriander and chili sauce, stir for 2-3 minutes.Toss in the fried diced potatoes, and season with salt.
Swirl pan lightly to coat potato evenly with the sauce or use a wooden spoon to combine them together.
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate; garnish with fresh coriander or parsley and serve with Arabic or pita bread.
