2 weeks later...

*SIA's POV*

For the past two weeks, I was busy arranging the Halloween costume party. I put a lot of effort and hard work into it. All I can think about is, how I'll meet that person, at my own party, which is tomorrow.

"Do you think this is good enough?" I asked Bee, still can't take my eyes off of the ballroom.

"It's perfect. Hey, you don't look good. Do you even sleep?" Bee asked me worriedly.

"No..no, I'm fine" She took my hand and dragged me out.

"No, you're not and we're going to the hospital now, you need some injection," She said bossily.

I chuckled. "Bossy doesn't match you, how many times have I told you that?"

"Bossy? I'm not bossy, I was being protective and caring to my one and only best friend" Checkmate, I can't answer that.

********

I was lying in the hospital's bed. After getting some injection, the nurse told me to rest a little bit, on the bed next to the nurse's room. I swear they're noisier than I thought.

"You know Leah and Ulrich?"

"I know, God! It was terrible" The other nurse said.

"The autopsy of Ulrich is the same with Leah's, they were killed in the same way," The nurse said with a horror voice. " That's why the police never talked about it, and the reporters never wrote or published about it, or it'll make the whole Eucalyptus uproar"

"How do you know?"

"My fiance is a police, remember?" She said and then shushed others. "Don't tell anyone, really... It's a random murder, you need to pretend like you don't know"

I got up immediately, and grab my coat. Quickly walk to the receptionist, and found Bee there. After settling the payment, I jumped to my car.

"Are you okay?" Bee furrowed.

"I am, I promise," I said and then started the car.

***********

"Everything's ready?" Everyone nodded. "Okay, then let the party begin" It's 5 p.m, and the party will start in 4 hours. I drove back to my house, clearly didn't pay any attention to the boy next door, but I saw someone struggling with the car.

"Hey, can you help me?" That guy waved to me.

"Sure, Jasper" I approached him. "What happened?"

"I am sure I called the delivery service to send some men to move the boxes, but they didn't" He grumbled.

"I'll do it for you" I smiled. "Where should I put them?"

He looked unsure. "In the living room" He looked how my face changed. "Sir Kyle isn't home"

"I don't care, actually," I said and then started to move the boxes.

"I admit, that you're a wonderful person, Ms. Sia" He smiled as he thanked me for helping him.

"I'm not a wonderful person, Jasper," I said as I smiled.

"You think you're not wonderful? That's what makes you wonderful" He smiled genuinely. "I'm sure you're running out of time for getting ready, just to help this old man" He chuckled.

"No, it's okay"

"I think you better go, right now. You won't miss the party, right?"

"I guess so, goodbye, Jasper. Happy Halloween" I smiled at him and then turned back to my house.
