Kind of tired and sad because of Drew and how I really wanna hug him, god I love that boy. Here's another chapter yayay!
I lay in the hot sand, looking up at the clouds, watching them turn into figures. I don't know where Drew is, he must be somewhere in the house. I sit up and look at the gentle waves, the sound relaxing me. I glance to my side and Drew's walking towards me, with tears forming in his eyes.
"Drew are you okay?" I ask, concerned about why he's so upset. Drew doesn't really cry.
"I've been hiding a secret from you." He sniffles out.
"What is it?" Where is this going...
"Catherine, we..." He cuts off.
"Drew, what happened?"
"We hooked up." I stare back at him, shock and tears overwhelming me.
I start running away from him, I don't know where I'm going, but anywhere but here.
"Ally! Ally!"
I keep running, tears are starting to blur my sight.
"Ally! Wake up!"
I jump and look at my surroundings. I'm in Drew's car, sweating and I have tears in my eyes.
"You had a bad dream didn't you?"
I don't reply and try catching my breath.
"It's okay, I'm here. We're at the lake house." He softly says, and I already relax.
That was the worst dream in the world. Of course, when I first met Catherine, she did threaten me a little.
I guess my fears that I pushed to the back of my mind came back to bite me in the ass.
I get out of the car with Drew, and rub my face with my hands. God, that was a dream I better not have again.
I can see a bright blue house from here, and the smell of the beach fills my senses.
Drew takes hold of my hand and I'm grateful.
"Hey dad, after we put in bags in the house can me and Ally walk along the water?" Drew asks his father.
"Sure, just make sure you help with bags."
Drew took as many bags as he could fit into his arms, and I watched him as he runs towards the house. I can tell he's struggling so I jog and catch up to him.
Mid-fall he grabs my hand and pulls me down with him, both of us falling over all the bags.
"Drew, you're so stupid." I laugh and he does too.
"Can y'all stop being all lovey dovey over there, you're burning my eyes." Madeline calls out.
"How can you fall and still look breathtakingly beautiful." He says softly, and I can feel each and every butterfly in my stomach.
Whenever he compliments me so sweetly like that my heart melts, and it also makes me angry. Does he even know how god damn sexy he is? It's weird calling him sexy, but god it's true.
He can see that I'm nervous because I don't respond, I only stand up and I'm grinning like an idiot.
We both take the bags and go inside. It looks like a regular house on the inside too, and it looks really cozy. It's nowhere near as big as his regular house. I like it though, it feels really welcoming.
"Okay we helped, bye!" Drew shouts as he takes my hand, running closer to the water.
"I'm tired, stop running." I laugh and pant at the same time.
