Joe's pov
It was my birthday and the launch show of Strictly. I invited the pros and the celebs and all my friends. Zoe and Alfie though my dance partner was Jannette. I just said no to everyone they said. After a few glasses of champagne and many deliveries everyone began to arrive.
There's a knock at the door. I ran over to see the beautiful red head that is Dianne Buswell standing there.
"Hey Suggy. Happy birthday." She said hugging me and giving me a small bag.
"Thanks so much Miss Buswell." I said letting her in.
Everyone was now here and we all began to watch the show. Me and Dianne sat apart because he didn T want to seem suspicious when no one was looking we smiled at each. Everyone cheered when I came on the screen. I smiled.
After the show.
We all began to dance. Dianne tapped me on the shoulder and we began to dance. We took a few pictures together and we danced around. Dianne kept anxiously look at her phone. She turned it off completely and put it in her pocket. She smiled and kept dancing with me.
I knew she was the perfect partner for me.
Me took some pictures and Instagram stories. We danced and then it got to the end of the night
Dianne's pov.
I got a phone call from my boyfriend. Anthony. I excused myself outside and I picked up
"Hello" I said
"Where are you." Anthony said.
"At Joe's party." I said
"Can you hurry up I need to see you." Anthony said.
"I'm going to be a couple hours." I said.
"Dianne it's 10pm hurry the fuck up" Anthony yells down the phone.
"Anthony stop trying to control me. I'm aloud to have a good time. I don't see why you care. You never want to see me" I say with an angry tone.
"Just get home will you"Anthony says putting down the phone.I switch my phone off and go back inside to find Joe.
"Hey Dianne are you okay." Joe says
"Yeah My boyfriend needs me so I'm going to head off." I say.
"I'll show you out."Joe says with a smile.
We walk to the door and me and Joe go outside
"Thanks for coming tonight it was great." I said.
"Yeah it was amazing." Joe said
We were both very drunk but what happens next wasn't us being drunk.
Me and Joe make eye contact. Joe steps closer to me and I wrap my arms around his neck. Joe kisses me. I lean against the wall . We pulls away and he puts his lips against mine again. I feel his arms around my waist and his body against mine. I didn't care that I had a boyfriend. I didn't love him. This didn't feel like any old kiss it felt like something else.
Joe pulled away from me and took my hand. We guided me upstairs and into his bedroom. He locked the door and pinned me against the wall.
This felt like the first time I kissed Joe back in secondary school. This time it was different
I didn't feel guilty at all.
Even the next day.
