The next morning my aunt left for work. Taking a shower I felt myself fall into a peace I haven't felt for awhile. It was almost as if someone was telling me it was all going to work out. Once I finished getting ready I ate some breakfast. Alexandria was sitting on the couch reading some book.

Thinking about the plans for today I decided on going to see my cousin. It had been a few years since I saw him, he was out of the country on some college trip when my mother passed. Alexandria got up, makeup done and dressed nicely.

"So, what are the plans for the day? I'm getting tired of reading. I mean I didn't run away from home, break my parents hearts and trust; as well as abandoning my friends to sit around all day."

Rolling my eyes I finished chewing my cereal. It was like nothing here changed, my aunt still ate the same old off brand Frosted Flakes, had the same dishes and silverware and old couch. The only thing that changed was she got a new tv and painted the bathroom wall blue instead of a nicotine stained white color.

"Plan one, kill you. Plan two, hide your body. Plan three, flee the country and live on an island far away from here." I shot back, she scoffed.

"I'm being serious."

"Hi, I'm Being Serious! I'm Joseph, what a non-pleasure to meet you." She picked up a magazine, throwing it at me like a frisbee. Ducking it landed somewhere off in the distance.

"Fine, Fine! I'm going to visit my cousin today, I haven't seen him in years. I texted him when I woke up and he said to stop by. My aunt is letting me borrow her old truck. We're leaving in fifteen, be ready raccoon eyes."

...

Arriving at Tucker's house I got out of the truck, Alexandria followed after me. Knocking on the small houses door Alexandria was too busy on her phone to pay attention to what I was trying to tell her.

The door opened and I stepped inside, giving Tucker a quick hug. Looking at him his eyes were locked on Alexandria. Alexandria looked up, a blank stare on her face. She gave a quick smile before stepping inside and going back to her phone. Tucker quickly turned back to me and led us into the living room.

He was twenty now, living on his own. Alexandria took a seat right next to me, glaring at her she didn't even try to acknowledge Tucker and I. Refocusing my attention onto Tucker he was in the middle of a sentence.

"I'm sorry, what was that?" I asked, he chuckled.

"I asked you if you were here for good. And who's the quiet one with the attitude?" Alexandria looked up, raising her eyebrows.

"The one with the attitudes name is Alexandria." She deadpanned. "He's not my advocate, I can answer for myself."

"Well damn, she's feisty. How'd you end up with this girl?" He asked me, I looked at Alexandria. Her hands were shaking some. Probably due to the fact that she had terrible anger issues.

"Honestly, I didn't ask her to come. But I'm here until break is over." Alexandria rested her feet on my legs. Pushing them off I stood up, asking where the bathroom was. Once he gave me directions I then left. Washing my hands I could make out some whispers, but not able to know exactly what the words were.

Leaving the bathroom Alexandria turned to look at me, her smile was tightened. Note to self: Tucker and Alexandria do not get along. Next time you visit leave the girl at home.

She stood up, holding her hand out. What was she asking for? Money? A high five? Maybe a hand shake? Slapping my hand against hers she groaned. Freezing as she reached into my pocket she grabbed the keys from me. Snatching them back she sighed before prying them from my grip.

"I'll be in the truck taking a nap since somebody wanted to slap me in the face last night." Recalling back to last night I held back a chuckle. It wasn't an accident and I most definitely wasn't asleep. She was coming onto my side, and after multiple attempts to push her away she wouldn't stop. So I did what any man would do, pretend to stretch and wake them up. But my arm had been asleep so I didn't judge how fast it would come down.

It wasn't that I didn't mind the situation, except that I completely minded. She was a demon. A psycho. Or as my mother used to call me, a bed hog. Alexandria bid her goodbyes before leaving the house. Turning to Trent I sighed.

"Sorry about her. She's-" cutting myself short he was staring at the door.

"Crazy."

"Very much so."

Arriving at my aunts house I shook Alexandria away, feeling a sting to the cheek she had her hands up. Glaring at her she acted surprised, but her eyes were challenging Waiting for my next move. Rubbing my cheek I could feel my blood pressure rising. This girl was going to give me a heart attack.

"Lets go you baby or do you need to be carried?" She yawned, holding her arms out, scooping her into my arms I walked about two steps before I pretended to sneeze, letting my saliva get all over her. She grimaced before demanding to be put down.

Letting lose she fell to the ground.

"You're such an asshole."

"Sorry, my hands slipped."

"And you touched my ass. Pervert." She barked back, I narrowed my eyes.

"Well you put your hand down my pocket, so who's the real pervert here?"

"Still you, ass grabber." She stated.

"No, it's most definitely you." I quipped. "Raccoon eyes."

Alexandria sighed, standing up she brushed herself off. She walked closer to the house, just as I thought the we were done taking she turned around and said something completely out of the blue.

"I think I just started my period."
