Introductions and HC's

Hello! This AU is something I've started a while back on Tumblr! Anyway, here's some of the HC's for this book!

Created by Sandy-Sides on Tumblr, is Gift (I do not own this character nor did I make her. This character is owned by Sandy-Sides that of which I've asked for them to create to add to the story)

Gift     [Monster Au]

Just barely reaching up to 4 feet is this cute, mute, plant monster. Unable to speak and having limited writing skills, Gift communicates through body language and...well gifts! A very docile monster, usually fond following creatures through out the woods, but whatever you do, DO NOT TOUCH HER!

· She can rub her 'leaves' together to chirp.

· Her leaves connect near her shoulder blades, but are long enough to puff out the bottom of her poncho

· When startled or mad, the leaves spread out like peacock feathers to make her appear bigger! (her leaves are HUGE reaching up to 7 feet tall! when measured from the ground)

· Every gift is pre-wrapped in bright red silk/yarn like encasing. 

· Her gifts are often small items she's found, but on some occasions her gifts can get very big and oddly fitting for any predicament you find yourself in....

· (Yes, she was able to successfully wrap an entire Jeep as a gift once)

· She has a nest in the trees full of her favorite items she hopes to give as a gift to the odd humans that have arrived.

· When hungry, she'll open her arms for a hug

· DON'T TOUCH HER

· DON'T HUG HER

· she won't attack you or try to grab you (at least for some humans), but if you are the one to do the action...

· She has a death grip

· You cannot escape.

· Her leaves will expand and while still being held by her, you are encased in a large version of a Venus fly trap. 

· It takes a single day to digest whatever she is holding inside the 'leave cocoon'.

· Her poncho use to be white

· She has no mouth

· She made her large scarf all by herself! She loves it. It's VERY soft and warm.

· Please, water Gift daily... a small splash of water will do wonders when she isn't feeling well.

· No excessive heat... she wilts like any other plant.

· She has big-rimmed glasses

Virgil

-Has large ears so he can hear every sound, keeping his gaurd up

-Has long legs for speed

-Releases high amounts of Anxiety to scare predators or prey

-When angry, teeth grow out on upper and bottom of stitched like mouth

-Curious

-Panics

-Protects those he cares for

-Purrs when is petted gently

-Kind

-Shapeshifts

-Has markings under his eyes that resemble black tears and when angry the markings tear apart making them look like real tears

-Arms meet at points that are dull but of course, when angry, they sharpern

-Has wide eyes to show vulnerability but they see everything including in the dark.

-Testing name: VRGL-S5

-Can sense fear

-Small

-Can also speak English but it's very high pitched and has a lot of static to it.

Notes from Logan: VRGL-S5 protected me today from another creature in the forest. He was able to scare the creature off and I had felt high levels of Anxiety when I approched him.

Patton

-Hands are large with long, sharp nails to attack predators and prey

-Has Long legs with hooks for feet for climbing

-Has a greeting smile to attract humans and/or prey

-Has broken glasses

-Releases happy bubbly engery to attack

-Protects who it deems it's children sort of like a mother

-Has long ears to listen to long distance sounds

-Has wide, kind, inviting eyes.

Notes: VRGL and this creature had made contact in the forest and was preparing to attack me when it and VRGL were both angry, releasing a massive amount of Anxiety and Bubbly energy. When this happened, the two's appearances had changed and they got closer, hugging each other.

Deciet

-Has scales scattered over on body in patches

-Has large eyes to hypnotize other creatures or humans to defend or attack

-Has mask like face that lifts when angry making it's mouth much larger

-Bottom half of body is a snake tail

-has hands the size of human hands

Notes: When this creature and Virgil had made contact, the two began to viloently shake their heads as I felt the Anxiety level and the display before my eyes went in and out, telling me that the two collided together causing their defense modes to go in and out. In the end the two seemed to talk through what must've been their way of communicating as it was nothing but growls to me. Virgil had walked up to me telling me that this creature had no intentions of harming the two of us.
