"Turn on your camera." I whisper to Roman and the creature's ears point upward as I speak. Can it hear me whispering? The creature looks up and I remember it's eyes. The same, large purple eyes from when we entered. It's arms meet at dull points and it's legs are like the shape of a deer's just thinner and black. I notice it's feet and how it turns into an odd shape, like a hook. The creature tilts it's head and it gets on all fours and it starts to walk into the rushing river, the force of the water doing nothing to the creature or it's balance. As it comes closer, I notice it's mouth as it's mouth is covered by something stitch like. As it crosses the river, I see it touch the part of land we're on and it just sits right in front of the river staring at us with it's rather beautiful eyes. It's curious.

Summary: The strange creature sits at the ending of the Earth and river, looking at both Logan and Roman...but Logan gets a little brave.

Logan's Perspective

I feel as though I cannot tear my eyes away from the oddly beautiful creature. It looks around at the opening before standing on all fours and hesitantly walks over to the middle of the small opening and looking at us. I slowly stand up and I begin to walk out from behind the bush.

"Logan, are you nuts?!" I hear Roman quietly scold me from behind. I slowly walk up to the creature as it sits in front of me. It stands on all fours before circling me and looking at me. After walking around my body, eventually in stands on it's legs, looking up at me.

I notice the marks under it's eyes as it stops at the stop of it's wide mouth. I notice that the corners of it's mouth stop at it's jaw bone. I look at his face and notice how the center of his face in soft purple before fading to black to blend with the rest of it's body. It looks at me as I'm shocked by what it does.

"Why are you scared? Am I scaring you?" it can smell fear? It sits down again, looking at me and then looking at Roman. As it begins to walk over to Roman, we here a rustling in the trees and bushes.

The creature quickly dashes in front of me, letting out a low growl as it's back arches. Unable to see it's face, I feel a small twinge in my gut and an uneasiness. The creature gets on all fours before it's growl gets louder and I suddenly feel a burst of anxiety from standing behind it. I stand back slightly, unsure of what to do as I hear quite whimpering in the bushes and trees as more movement is produced.

The sounds soon becomes distant as the creature in front of me as it seems to relax. The amount of anxiety I felt had soon dissipated as I myself relax. I look back at Roman and he has a confused look on his face. He must have felt it too. The creature turns around and looks up at me with it's glowing purple eyes.

"Do you have a name?" I ask the small creature as I watch it shake it's head 'no'.

"Well then, I suppose we'll just have to give you a name won't we?" I hear Roman behind me as I look back at him, "I'll come up with something." Roman smiles as he stands up. The black creature walks up to Roman slowly and begins to rub his small body against his leg like a cat. Although it is rather odd, I do suppose every creature is different. The creature begins to purr as Roman gently runs his hand through the other's hair. I keep that in mind as I walk over to the two.

"Roman, I think it might be best if we return to the lab. Would you like to go with us?" I look at the black and purple creature as the middle of it's face changes between different shades of purple as the outside of the color changes to black, mixing with the rest of it's body.

"Yes." The creature speaks in it's high pitched, staticky voice. I feel a small smile find it's way upon me as the three of us begin to walk back to the lab. We come out if the bushes and shrubs, finding our way back onto the dirt road. It had slowly became darker as we soon found the soft glow of the lab.

We make it up to the steps before I slide my key-card down the slot, allowing the strong glass door to open. As Roman and I walk in, I turn around to see the creature whining as it's ears turn in almost every direction. It's pupils are dilated to an incredibly small size. The door begins to shut and as I go to open it again, the black and purple creature runs off quickly as something much, much darker than a shadow appears.

What it was is unknown to me but three, long and large claw marks appear on the glass door. What was that?
